This is hands down the worst Dunkin’ in the immediate area. And it has been for years now. Orders are always incorrect, the drive-thru is a consistent disaster, and the employees are rude. I avoid this location unless absolutely necessary. And even then I typically avoid it. H is a terrific person and a great worker, but she has no help here. One person can’t do everything all the time. The two elderly owners are incompetent as well, and it’s obviously trickling down the ladder.

HORRIBLE! Can’t stand being spoken to rudely when I’m nothing but “please, thank you, yes please, no thank you, may I have” more than polite! I’ve talked to the Manager, 2 different people in the past 5 years, and nothing gets resolved! If the guys Gab and the other one with glasses could talk to themselves every time, they would T- themselves off a lot. All this is easily avoidable when you exercise even just a little gratitude for the customers that are supporting your establishment!!! Be nice! Say please and thank you- especially when your customer is! You’re the first people and may be the only people someone is in any kind of contact with any given day and you choose to be rude and impatient. If you don’t want to be there, STOP working there!!!!!!!!

The worst DD experience I’ve ever had! Told me they couldn’t make my latte with almond milk than told me they didn’t have eggs for the English muffin until someone else that worked there said “yes we do”. Than she brought me the sandwich burnt and smelling like smoke!! Super rude would not give me a refund! I will be complying to corporate! I payed 8$ And got nothing. They kept drink and sand which. So displeased, manager is super rude.
