I’ve never had a bad experience at this Dunkins and love that it’s 24 hours. I just wish it was a little closer to my home . All the Dunks near my house close early. Closing at 7 is ridiculous. So like I said this one is 24 hours and the people that work here are very hard working to get you in and out. I appreciate them very much.

Purchased 2 coffees with Cream and sugar. There was no sugar in them. Unfortunately the place I was going had no sugar. I have gotten more bad coffees from Dunkin Donuts than good one’s. Dunkin Donuts has gone down hill. Their covers don’t even fit there cups.

Bagel Bites were served under toasted, the outside was slightly warm/cool and the cream cheese inside was cold/frozen still! Really wish every employee would cook them properly, I’m sure there is a uniform way of cooking them! We pay lots of money at Dunkin Donuts and we should get everything we ask for. I also ALWAYS tip well, when warranted. Which is most of the time.

Don’t listen to the rest of the reviews this is the one to read. Exit 6 dunkin is the best in the game. Been going here for a solid decade. There’s always new employees, and the coffee and food is always made to perfection. Seems like they train the employees better here. I try my best to avoid other locations in town. Others always screw it up. If you want some prime dunkin, exit 6 Samoset street is the location for you. Thanks for reading.

Trash!!!!!! Ordered 2 donuts, 2 coffees, and 2 bagels on the app. Told me to have a good day after giving me the bagels. When I said I had more stuff the trashy girl said she doesn’t know what else I ordered because she didn’t have my slip anymore because the order came in at 2:48 and It was almost 3. Mind you I was standing there for 5 minutes making bagel changes cause they didn’t have anything!!! Worst dunkins ever and ENTIRE STAFF WAS TRASH!!!

I sometimes stop at the drive thru at this location on my way home from work. I don’t often leave reviews, but I must say the customer service here leaves much to be desired. Very impersonal, as if the employees are doing you a favor when taking your order or payment.

Considering the hour that we arrived (12:30 a.m). We didn’t expect much. More of a caffien boost and potty run for the last leg home. Bathroom was available and clean, unfortunately there were not sweets at all of any kind. They did have some sandwiches were available. The two ladies that were there were very nice and gave great service. Very friendly . Only downside was the dead flies in the window sill and the one living fly flittering around our table. The ladies were the best though and that’s what matters.
