I normally wouldn’t take the time to comment on fast food. Everyone is short staffed these days. But I stopped on Mother’s day to get a coffee at this Dunkin’s and I was appalled by one of the workers there. He was rude to customers, yelled at coworkers, and generally showed distain for having to be there at all. I love Dunkin Donuts and as a Healthcare worker, it’s true. I do run on Dunkin’s. I’ve frequented this location in the past, and have always been happy. But after today, I probably won’t be back. I heard a worker say “Alright Sean. That’s enough. ” They even seemed embarrassed by his insulting behavior. I’m contemplating calling the “corporate” # , but I don’t want to be viewed as a Karen. But honestly if this guy is working.. steer clear

I’ve NEVER had any issues with the employees at this particular branch; there have been times when I’ve been disappointed because they didn’t have anything in stock but that doesn’t happen on a regular basis. There are a couple girls in the morning that are extraordinarily nice and accommodating, but there’s a little cutie pie named Sara that works on the evening shift that is just awesome! Super nice, always smiling and VERY CARING about her duties as an employee, always keeping the store fully stocked and she even cares about the presentation! The donuts are always perfectly aligned and the floors are always spotless. Keep up the AMAZING WORK DD SAMOSET ST!! 🙂

This is a very slow service location. They have 3 to 4 people working newr the register and yet it takes forever to get your stuff. The manager (male) is always nice though at night. They also always have cold brew in stick which is a huge plus for me.

The dunkin inside speedway in Plymouth. Has the worst customer service ever.Some of the girls are always nasty an just plain out rude. They treat ther customers an each other like they are better than one another. My wife, myself and a friend of mine stopped in here to cool off. My wife ordered an ice tea, I had a frozen coffee and my friend had a small hot coffee. There was a young man who took our order and a young woman who took care of our order. It was very busy with the drive up an all but there was zero wait. Those two work well together. They could’ve used some help. Gave them a couple bucks tip and sat down. A very efficient DD. We’ll stop by again.

Its probably the biggest Dunkin’s I’ve ever seen. It’s very spacious and has a comfortable inside sitting area. It’s a perfect spot for having a meeting – even regarding sensitive material because there is so much space that a private conversation can easily be had.
