I ordered a baked good and a drink, my order being repeated back and verbally confirmed to me. But I did not receive my food after paying, and the cashier was rude to me when I asked for it. I was also given a regular iced latte, rather than the matcha iced latte I ordered. I’ve been to this location several times, and each time they either give me the wrong items after confirming my order, or don’t add things to my order which I’ve asked for. I understand that mistakes happen, but when staff continue to make the same mistakes and are rude when they’re asked to correct the mistake, it is a systematic issue.

This place used to be great until the owners changed. Only 1 person ive noticed from the old crew is there and she is great and the new woman at the window in the morning is also wonderful. The afternoon or night staff is horrendous. Always acts like they dont want to be there, attitude, ect. I get it, its dunks, but be more polite to the customers. Yall chose this job for entry level and/or quick cash. Great customer service=tips! Will not be returning to this store anymore unfortunately. Miss the old employees

The coffee was not hot and seemed watered down. It’s ashame how downhill the coffee has gotten over the years . The bagel was edible. The bagels have also gone downhill.

Ordered doordash today, and I had ordered a multigrain bagel. The order came in, and they sent cream cheese and a knife…with no bagel. I left work, to go get the bagel and when I got to Dunkin, they stated “we didn’t forget it”. I looked at the guy and said “all you send was cream cheese and a knife…am I supposed to eat just that??? Apparently they didn’t have the flavor I had asked for, but you send cream cheese and a knife with no bagel??? Send a plain one in its place! I got charged from doordash, and was expected to just deal with no bagel. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems at this location. They are rude, they always get orders incorrect and they don’t take accountability for the mistakes. The gentleman at the counter today was very nice when I arrived, and didn’t charge me for the 2 bagels that I requested when I got there. (Since I was going one of my coworkers had asked for me to grab them one as well.) Needless to say, I will not be returning.

I ordered a Sourdough egg cheese and bacon sandwich. The bacon used was that precooked stuff. The sourdough bread was wheat. Completely turned off. Would never order it again
