Unfortunately you paid for your employees and they don’t do the job. I came at 7:30 am and the information from Google says that they close at 8:00 pm, they had employees inside and none of them wanted to help me. I don’t understand what’s wrong with the employees. Good place but bad employees.

On multiple occasions I have been to this store and experienced unsatisfactory service. Not only is the service horrible, but it seems like the manage Taylor seems to be leaving the store to smoke a bong in her vehicle. I can also over her conversations she is having about relationships she wants to be involved in with other colleagues. She lacks professionalism and I hope someone makes a change for that store soon.

Only person in line the employee’s look at you say nothing and after 5 minutes you go to walk out pissed then they try and take your order. Will never stop there again zero stars

I never get coffee from here anymore, or any dunks for that matter. I’ll usually just grab a wrap or 2 before work. Lately it just seems like it’s getting worse,& this is what I got today guess I won’t be going back.

If I could give this spot a -1 today I would. Have never had an issue until today. Expired moldy hash browns given to me. And frozen sandwhich in the middle. And was not given my change back at all. Not sure what was going on there today but I’m not coming back anymore. New employees need to be reevaluated if they are going to not put effort after 5pm

Never leave the drive thru without opening and checking your order. for 2 days I have received my breakfast sandwich on the wrong bread. The menu sign shows it on an english muffin and I specifically said on an english muffin but have received it for two days on a croissant. Today I went back in and let them know. While they offered me a new sandwich which I declined and went on my way. Don’t trust the drive thru here, maybe if they put the sticker on the bag like they used to they could tell what they were handing out the window.

Young lady at the window was very nice and polite. My food was mad perfectly exactly the way I wanted it. The Carmel iced coffee was made perfect. I went to work with a smile on my face.
