This post is specifically about Brazilian-looking employee, very dark-skinned, about 5’8″, in his thirties. I interacted with him on 7/13/23 at about 6:00pm. Listen dude, you cannot make up your own rules at Dunkin Donuts. This guy refused me to plug in an electric device. I’ve been to many-many Dunkins and this is the first one with a$$hole unhappy about me plugging something into a wall plug. Also, very poor English. DD management, if you are reading this please tell your employees to master their English before they are rude to their customers. Please minimize our suffering. Thanks. Gracias. Obrigado.

If you’re looking for an Dunkin donuts with consistently long wait lines, disinterested staff members and inaccurate orders, this is the dunks for you! I started frequenting this dunks about 2 years ago when I moved to the area and boy oh boy has it been a steady slope of disappointment visit after visit. When my partner and I started visiting this dunks, the most redeeming quality was the staff; they were kind and pleasant and always struck up a conversation whenever we got to the window. It was the silver lining to our orders being incorrect 50% of the time. We don’t have complicated drinks; a large iced coffee with cream, sugar and shot and I used to get a dunkacino (RIP). Consistently, I would find myself sipping a hot chocolate or a peppermint hot chocolate or whatever they decided to put in the cup that day. It would happen with food too. Got to the point where I was weary even order knowing there was a slim chance I’d actually end up getting what I was craving. Eventually, I stopped ordering from there completely, but my partner would still go because it’s a 2 min drive from our house. Today was the last straw. Against my best judgment, I decided to give them another try, it’s been about 6 months, maybe they got their ish together and this time will be different. WRONG. Ill try a chai, she said. I’ve never tried one from dunks and that’s a pretty simple drink, she said. Big ol NOPE. My partner came home with a GD matcha to my unpleasant surprise. He also told me the employee morale has gone down significantly, and the guy on the speaker box answered him like he woke him up at 2am to answer a unexpected phone call. IDK – I’m not one to blame employees, I know in retail you’re overworked and underpaid, so I don’t blame them. This dunks needs a serious overhaul in their operations. Ok rant over.

I placed an order through their ap….got there and the doors were locked and drive thru closed, it was 4:30 . Supposedly open til 7? I called the location…no answer. I went there the next day and was told there was no manager there to help me. Contacted corporate and they were very responsive and helpful. This location is so very poorly run. Two weeks later and 2 more emails and no refund! Not very responsive. Finally resolved. I got my money back
