I come to this location and very often and have never had issues. The staff is always kind and as quick as they can be. They’re very organized and make sure to help customers in order. And this location definitely makes the best grilled cheese out of all the locations I’ve been to

The people there were funny and the atmosphere was the type I want in a Dunkin and the food was just as good as other Dunkin’s

Same experience as most other dunkin donuts. However- this location is not accessible to those who utilize wheelchairs or any other device for walking assistance. The entrance has a huge step at the doorway with no alternative entrance for those who may need it. Avoid this location if this pertains to you. And to this Dunkin location- do better. The staff isn’t friendly and drinks take 5-10 minutes despite no one else being in there.

This Dunkin’ Donuts shouldn’t even be a thing they take mad long to make some food and they take they’re sweet time making there orders and like ignoring customers when they’re in line and overall don’t know how to work with customers and work at a very slow pace by far the worst dunkins in the city can’t do anything right but hate there job.

Worst Dunkin Donuts experience I’ve ever had. It’s supposed to close at 7. Showed up at 6:24 (on Wednesday 1/18/2023) with a 3 year old that loves dunkin donuts and was excited for one. But the punk kid behind the counter locked it early and mouthed “we’re closed” through the window at us, and then went back to looking at his phone. We could see from the window that there were still donuts and the lights were still on. Can’t describe how angry I am at the punk and the location for hiring someone unwilling to sell us food more than a half hour before close. I used to work at a coffee shop and I knew terrible employees like this.

I went in at 6:30 am after ordering on the app… part of my order was ready.. other part I told aldi that I was waiting for my ice coffe and had ordered on app.. #348.. She kept yelling it’s not here and showing me the stickers for #350… she said maybe you order a diffrent dunkin… I said no cause I have part of order here… kept saying its normt here… finally she found it… then I told her cause I ordered on app I get a free medium drink hot or iced.. she told me no .. I then preceded to show her I ordered and the number of said order… she then kept saying stuff… I asked for managers name she kept giving hers and I told her tour not the manager. then she says I gave your stuff why do you need managers name… she finally gave me his name… there was an older gentlemen working w her he was doing the bacon and sandwiches.. he kept telling her to stop. I go in this Dunks alot.. this is the first time with this happening.. but if you getaldi, good luck she is rude and not good with customers…. I also called corporate because of this….

There are just 2 people working this seaport Dunkin. And they’re just busy handling mobile orders. I had to wait close to 10 minutes to get my order taken (there was just 1 person ahead of me the whole time) and another 10 mins to get my order. So if you want to wait 20-25 minutes for a coffee and bagel, go here. Otherwise there is a Starbucks right around the block.
