When you go out of your way to stop and grab a coffee and you also desperately need to use the restroom, steer clear. They’re closed… they’re always closed. And the staff when you ask to use them will assume you’re a drug addicted looking for a quick pop to get you until that next Red Sox loss. Place is no good.

Dunkin’ Donuts should be embarrassed they used to be the best around great coffee great food great service today everything is the complete opposite the coffee is absolutely miserable no attention to detail they used to be one person to take care of everything now you need 18 people to screw up your order and never get it right and the coffee is terrible like they never clean the machines or they just don’t know how to make coffee anymore

Don’t buy from 4 harvard ave., Medford, ma. I bought a coffee elsewhere. But had no sticker and everyone knows Dunkin coffee if you order hot it’s to hot to drink then. It obviously was made wrong. So I when I tried to bring in here to replace. She stated not at all Dunkin’s are the same well my next call will be with Dunkin corporate and I’ll see what they think about that statement.

My coffee has been incorrect multiple times and usually I’m understanding except this Dunkin always blames me. Once the latte I got was so burnt that I mentioned the machine might be having issues (I used to work at a Dunkin and this has happened to our machine) and I was told that “Lattes are actually just strong” as if I was stupid.

It’s a Dunkin. Employees are mostly accurate with orders but there seems to be lots of new people regularly, suggesting high turnover. Which is fair, the customers are mostly pretty rude

My order was delayed big time and food was not ready for 30 minutes. I was bit angry at first then realized the staffing problem all businesses having now.

This is one of the good Dunkins to go to. The staff are very friendly and they are fast and efficient. The restrooms are clean as well! We were playing fall baseball down the street at Playstead Field and they don’t have bathrooms!! So you can go here get a coffee and a snack and also be able to use the restroom, you might laugh but it really is very convenient that it is so close to the field. I also like the egg wraps,quick,hot and just enough to tide you over til lunch or dinner.
