I usually visit this location today was a terrible time ordering. The person who took the order had the worst behavior. I sound super racist. I work for a restaurant where I spoke to a customer in that way, I am fired. said you, understand me when I speak because my English is not the best. but she did it in a derogatory way. I don’t think it’s a good day to work for her, but a person like that shouldn’t work in customer service. I think my name is Joan. a girl attending the drive thrue.

Manager gets mad at employees and they managed to get my order wrong even though they said they did it right. I prefer to go somewhere else and not here. Although some employers are nice, this experience is ok and idk If i would come back, i would rather go to a different location to not see a manager burst out on employees

Best Dunks in the area, drive thru is usually busy, but moves fast. The employees are always friendly and the coffee is made exactly how you like it. I come here multiple times a week, never an issue.

I had to ask for bag she then put the bag on the counter for me to put my order in the bag my self.
