Two days in a row I got grounds in my iced macchiato… I actually asked them this morning to make sure there weren’t any. The manager (I assume- no uniform) even looked at the bottom of my drink. But once it settled, there they were. I’ve had many issues with them getting my order wrong over the last year or so but kept giving them a chance. This is enough for me.

This place is quite possibly the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. We came to the drive through and waited nearly 15 minutes to speak with someone over the monitor when we came up to it and again another 15 minutes for our food and drink to come out. When our food finally came out, we were missing items from the order and then needed to wait another 10 minutes to get the missing parts. The coffee tastes like moldy coffee machine, not fresh AT ALL and all of the food was cold and nasty when we received it, tasted like plastic. 10/10 don’t recommend and I honestly believe a refund should be granted because nobody should have to wait 30+ minutes for services that should only take 5 minutes nor should anyone receive cold, stale food and old coffee. Really really awful experience
