Service continues to decline with the last manager leaving. She was great and kept things moving in the morning. The new manager walks around like shes just a new employee on her first day. Never acknowledged the people standing in line for 10 minutes. A customer was complaining about his order and she just ignored that completely. Owners better recognize real quick they don’t have a manager there and the quality is going down. Getting close to finding a different place to get morning coffee.

So i stopped by on 2/4/2022 at about 615 – 630 and went through the drive thru. The gent who took my order was patient, and very clear and also allowed me to take my time. Super polite and quick!!! I will be returning just off the way he treated me and my wife. Wish i got his name but good job!
