Nice and clean Dunkin’ staffed by friendly people who are efficient at their work. Nice to have a bathroom on the premises, and lots of parking available. It’s not in the nicest part of town, so watch your stuff. They let you stay as long as you like.

Dunkin is getting ridiculous. They now are charging 3.50 plus for a cup of tea. They Never have Splenda nor did they tell me they don’t carry it. Therefore I left the drive thru with Unsweetened Hot Tea….WOW. I made it up in my mind to buy a Whole box of Lipton Tea Bags for roughly the same price of a medium size at Dunkin. I have Splenda at home. It only make sense.

I would have given it less but 1 star was the only option. Some of them are rude & combative. One supervisor even went on to ask the employee why was he apologizing to me when they messed up my order. They have given me a bit sausage in a wake up wrap. A bitten donut so they clearly have a rodent issue. I went to the store to return it & the woman says, “l was handling the food, I would never bite it first!” Excuse me? I never said you bit it. There is a rodent issue and the fact that she thought I was talking about her is a whole other issue. I have called corporate on them. Owner called me back but they don’t do anything about it. They have so many individuals that do not care and have no manners. They always want to fight and argue. Options are too many for coffee so I have decided to stay away from this place. It’s just not worth my time and money. Then the owner makes broken promises and thinks sending you a coupon should help the bad experience. They can keep their rodent food. They will not see any of my money. I was spending $15 a day, if not more on drinks. Only having to drive back from work since the order was incorrect. I can go on and on since I gave them so many chances but I’ll leave it here and you make your own decision. I don’t do these reviews but this place really needed it. Taking trash to the back and just dropping bags on the ground instead of trash can. This is why you have rodents (RATS) crawling on the open tray of donuts and the prepared sausages and bacon. Using the same gloves you touch food with to touch the trash cans then back on the food. Come on JUST NASTY!

What are the caramel iced latte and I received the iced coffee? I also ordered a snack and bacon, which was completely burnt. Which idk why they would serve it if they wouldn’t eat it themselves its disrespectful and quite ridiculous especially if this is what I’m using my money on I should get exactly what I ordered in the proper condition .

I ordered an ice coffee with 2 shots of caramel…they gave me espresso instead. I NEVER asked for espresso. That’s 3 different times in 3 weeks. Whoever takes the orders in-store and for the drive-thru need to be retrained or clean their ears out. I’m NEVER going back to that spot again. Store# 340422.

The last couple of times I’ve been here it has not been a good experience. The workers are very nice but service has been slow. It wasn’t always like this, not sure what happened. I’m the only one at the drive-thru today and I’m still waiting 3-4 minutes at 6:15am. I also found a hair in my wake-up wrap today….yeah probably won’t go here again.
