This Dunkin is a good stop. They have definitely made some very good improvements over the last few months. Hired more staff to help with busy hours. The staff is very friendly and can recognize returning customers, (they have my coffee already made when I get to the counter.) Some extra training, taking food order, and food prep for the new hires would help, but overall, Very good.

This Dunkin’ is really well managed. It’s always clean and the staff is friendly. Seems like there’s less turnover here than most other fast food locations, I always see the same people working. Very well run and love getting my coffee here!

went in there asking for hot decaf, guy smiled and said no sir we don’t have it only cold. try to sell me hot regular saying is the same,whis is not, I get decaf because I can not drink regular coffee is not my choice first and last time I go there.

Unfortunately it is a site that constantly changes employees. It has to be for something and this should not be reflected in the quality of the products, in my last three visits the coffee latte tastes more like milk than coffee, or they have changed the quality of the coffee or the employees are being trained badly.
