Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this was terrible. There were no other customers and 3 employees were working. When I walked up to the counter, they didn’t even look at me for 10 minutes. I ordered 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches. It took them 10 minutes to make my drinks and I had to remind them what I ordered twice. I asked where my food was 2 times and they still hadn’t even started making it after an additional 10 minutes. They weren’t working – just chatting. I ended up getting so frustrated that I just left without my food. Terrible. Not to mention the man with dark long hair had his hands in his pants multiple times AT the front counter. Disgusting

Walked into this location this morning to have a construction worker customer in front of me with a Yellow safety Jacket on Made to feel uncomfortable like he was offending the Waitstaff for wearing it……… it was hurting her eyes she was shielding and could not gaze upon that direction ( Clearly overreacting ..it is a safety vest made to be seen for sure but not hurt eyes) jokingly I asked if my Sweatshirt was too bright she again averted her eyes and made ME feel uncomfortable…. The Orange of my sweatshirt is DARKER than all of the Orange Halloween themed. B s That surrounds her for 8hrs PepsiCo ruined Dunkin donuts And your staff ruins this location ……good luck

Like the staff, except one. The bald guy always seems to have a chip on his shoulder and is very unprofessional. Made me reach into the drive thru window to grab my coffee and card back. Never did that the last 3 times I went, along with some discouraging stares, how does this man still work here. It seemed like management switched him from Winthrop to east Boston, and he was the reason why I stopped going to Winthrop. Best person in the EB store is Chris. He is unbelievably professional and if I could I’d hire him at my job.
