this was one of the rudest customer service encounters i have had in a long time . after waiting 5 or 10 minn with one person in front of me i asked how long it would be the ladie behind the the counter pressed all kinds if keys on register and it froze up after asking the question the woman got very nasty and rude ended up exchanging words and she wouldnt even serve me half of my lunch break wasted do not go to this dunkin donuts

DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME!!! AFTER 3PM EVERYDAY. THEY NEVER HAVE GLAZED DONUTS. WAIT IN A LINE FOR 20MINS JUST FOR THEM TO SAY THEY DONT HAVE ANY DONUTS ESPECIALLY GLAZED DONUTS!!! I know we have staffing shortages everywhere but they need to temporarily close this location. Everyday that past several weeks my order ahead order is extremely delayed. I usually wait about 45 minutes now inside even after I ordered ahead by 20 minutes. Taking over an hour on these orders just isn’t sustainable for customers and staff. It’s better to temp shut this location down.
