Just a quick heads up – we placed an order today and when we arrived home found what appears to be a piece of wood inside the blueberry doughnut (after we took a bite…). We’ve never had issues at this location but I just wanted to let ppl know in case they’re going today! We tried contacting the location in case it was one bad batch, but we’re only able to leave a voicemail. Just a heads up, since we don’t want anyone else accidentally ingesting something like this

They have about 10 people working here not a single person helping the long line in the store yet u can hear them taking order from the drive threw. The manager in blue was very rude and not helpful very dismissive not professional. I will never come back here smfh

Stopped in at this Dunkin today for my usual. There was one woman running the WHOLE show. Her name was Kelly. Never saw someone work so fast and efficiently. She was also very friendly and kind. Thanks for the perfect drink! Someone give her a raise.

This is my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts. The staff are friendly and hardworking. The food is consistently prepared well. The manager is incredibly kind and customer service oriented.

I go this dunkins the majority of my week because it is close to my work. Most of the employees are nice except one. He was the only one not wearing a name tag. The majority of my interactions with him is that he has this attitude that he is better than everyone. He whips through the parking lot in his car that is usually from out of state. He will back up and whip around the corner going 30 not caring if he hits something . Then today is what inspired me to write this post. My coffee was being made and he goes how would you like your caramel large coffee keep in mind this is exactly what I had ordered so I thought maybe he was making my coffee. Nope . He responds with no I’m not talking to you and then clarifies he was talking to someone three people behind me completing missing the 2 poor girls who were waiting before them. Then he mumbles something rude and moves on to the next customer he is rude to. Honestly this guy doesn’t deserve to have a job working with customers if he can’t be nice. Me being a manager myself would not tolerate my employees talking to my customers like that. Leah in the other hand is super sweet and helpful

Quietest Dunkin’s I’ve ever gone in to – rarely more than 3 in line (if there’s even a line). Servers are friendly and careful with orders and the place is always clean. It’s small and not very noticeable from the road, but worth looking for. Drive thru staff is quick, efficient, and courteous, too.
