Did not expect the really bad customer service. Didn’t have many donut options. Got to the window and was told there was no more strawberry coolatas. Then was giving very bad bad, bottom of kettle coffee with very little caramel syrup for a caramel craze latte. Don’t recommend and will not buy from that franchise again.

Came in at 6AM and was rudely greeted by two woman behind the counter 8/13. I came to use the bathroom and was going to order after because what sense does it make to do it before, I’m coming right back out. This woman in particular says the usual, bathroom is for customers only. who’s to say I wasn’t, it’s 6am ofc I want coffee. She continued her attitude which led me to not even want a coffee. She refused to give me her name saying over again it’s none of my business after the way I’ve been treated but she has a tattoo on the back of her neck of two symbols that may be foreign letters. I will be calling for this lady’s boss unacceptable ESPECIALLY CUS I HAVE NOT HAD MY COFFEE!!

A few months ago they messed up my coffee, so I had to go back and ask them to remake it. Wasn’t angry or rude, just wanted my coffee the way I ordered it. Ever since then the lady that took my order and the manager always give me an attitude when I go there, or just straight up don’t say anything to me at all. A few nice employees there but more rude and grumpy ones, overall unsatisfactory customer service.

Employees are always nice and food is prepared decently for Dunkin Donuts but recently they keep messing up orders. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel and got a sesame seed bagel with cream cheese… So frustrating.

Every coffee girly knows that dunks has good days and swamp water days. I would say on average this dunks has more swamp water days then the others in the area, but it’s still decent! Most of the staff are friendly with a few grumps, but I can’t blame them when they have to serve the maniacs of Salem all day. <3 overall my third fav dunks in Salem

They can’t seem to get an order right, no matter how simple it is. Tried to order the new Nutty Pumpkin coffees twice now, no additions or substitutions. Received black coffee both times. I haven’t had a single order yet where it was correct. I even got iced teas one time instead of coffee (they were labeled as coffee and had all the right sugars/creams, but were made with tea instead).

I only use the drive through here, and use the order ahead app to get my coffee fix. Twice now my order was incomplete, donuts forgotten, but at least I noticed before I drove away. Aside from that everything was a okay. Just gotta hit the Drive-through for my breakfast coffee. Iced or hot excellent coffee
