As a quick drive thru customers, we ordered a coffee and a donut. Simple as that. The woman in charge of the drive-thru window obviously didn’t put the lid on the coffee on all the way. Thus leading to some spilled coffee. Accidentally or not, that’s not suppose to happen. She then put another lid on the coffee and said, “wanna try this again?” Her choice of words didn’t bother me, it was how she said them and the words she chose to speak to us. If your gonna speak the truth kindly, at least be kind and about it. It takes less than a millisecond to be apologetic and be a bit more friendly in the morning. She obviously gave my dad a not so surprisingly look. One of those, really you freaking (f-ing) kinds of face expressions. That lasted a second. I obviously don’t care if she likes or hates her job and the jobs included at the job, she needs an awakening. I’m not expecting her to be a ray of sunshine and act professional a hundred percent all the time. The least she could have done is be a bit more considerate for us. How’d she like it if coffee accidentally spilled on her clothes?!

I do not recommend going to this Dunkin donuts, the bathroom is filthy the food and drinks are never made right here. The food doesn’t taste as good as most other dunks and they have the most staff of dunks in the area. you go to this one there’s 10 employees in there eight of them just standing around doing nothing and you go to the other dunks down the road at 15 Lafayette road there’s two people working and the drive thru is packed and so is the inside and there are people waiting forever but at least they make the food right there mostly.

Go here often and never have a problem. Coffees are always made right and the staff is friendly. My only gripe is that oftentimes they don’t cook their muffins all the way through. Got 2 this morning and they are still doughy in the middle.

This Dunkin donuts appeared clean during my visit. It is a large Dunkin donuts. It’s right across from a campground so great for campers. They made my drink just fine.

I ordered a coffee and 2 bagels with cream cheese, and the coffee was good, but the bagels were completely burnt, hard to bite into and there was barely any cream cheese on it. Tasted like cardboard, would love a refund

We ordered two sandwiches (bacon egg and cheese and a sausage egg and cheese) this afternoon. Normally, I don’t complain, but we could not eat our sandwiches. The sausage was ice cold; it had not been heated up in anyway.

Lovely apple fritter, truly poisonous coffee that may have been percolating since colonial times. Surprised at lack of choice, only about 4 donut types. Disappointing.

Went there the other day and they have Ignorant people working there now. I’ve gone there for years and had zero problems. Now there’s 5 ppl on shift and they make you wait 10 minutes for a 30 second egg n cheese wrap while they all shoot the shizz with their family and ignore customers. Good luck with those broads.
