The place was just remodeled and inside it is so dirty . Apparently the workers are only focused on the drive through. When you actually make it to the counter to place your order and say something about how long it took. Well let them eyes roll. Wouldn’t touch the front door because it’s so dirty.

I have NEVER had a worse experience at ANY fast food restaurant. The two kids working were WAY more concerned about flirting with each other than actually providing service to anyone. We went to the drive-thru because there was not a single car in line or at the window, waited for about 7 minutes before someone took our order. Waited for another nearly 10 minutes for someone to come to the window…the window through which I can clearly see two teenagers engrossed in conversation and not another soul. She took my payment, didn’t offer a reciept. Finally receive our food with no pleasantries or courtesy, AND no straws. Wait another 3-5 minutes for her to open the window again and say “what do you need”. Asked for straws, they were handed over without a single word. Drove off only to figure out they got the order wrong. Took my food inside and patiently waited for 2-3 minutes for them to pause their conversation long enough to acknowledge that I was there (I’m the only person in there beside these two workers). Told her what was wrong with the order, not mad or rude about it in anyway, she gave me a look and said “ok” then snatched the bag from me and tossed it in the trash dripping in attitude. She had to ask me what was in the sandwich I had ordered. I was handed a new sandwich again with ZERO courtesy. If I wasn’t trying so hard to restrain myself from slapping the attitude off this girl (or if I was more of a Karen) I would have asked where their manager was, because they sure as stink weren’t managing the productivity or attitude of their workers.

I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich but I can’t have cheese so I always remove it from the sandwich. The employee got this part of my order wrong and went back to fix it. I could hear from inside the store a women yelling he never said that freaking out about my order. Instead of making a new one the women clear just scrapped the cheese off the sandwich absolutely despicable. I’m never going back to this dunks ever again.

My coffee is always so good here but 6/9 employees need some customer service brush ups. No reason to be so high strung and ignorant to customers over y’all’s poor employee work ethic. THAT is what stresses y’all out NOT the customer.

terrible service. went through drive through, asked for a pumpkin muffin heated with butter, shoved a regular muffin in a bag. when i asked for them to fix it, they just stuck 2 more muffins in the bag. ridiculous tbh, i’ve worked at dunks for 3 years and it’s not that hard.

Worse Dunkin’s donuts ever. I’ve ordered about 3 times here on Uber eats and every time I’ve ordered the food just comes worse every time .I ordered an ice coffee with vanilla swirls 5 pumps and it had no flavor at all and I ordered 2 hash browns and they came burnt , cold and hard . You guys need to do better it’s ridiculous!

This has to be the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. I’ve never gone to a place that gets orders wrong literally every time. I always order the same thing, a medium iced caramel macchiato with extra sugar and shot of espresso. Today I got an original macchiato no shot of espresso and I can taste they forgot the sugar too. It is always like this, whether there is no sugar or no espresso or no caramel the order is always wrong. I would just not come to this store and save your money.
