Gets orders wrong whether you put in an order by mouth or the app. I asked for the avocado toast with tomatoes (only tomatoes) and they added meat to it both times. Not vegetarian/vegan friendly for an order that is so easy & vegan. This is the only Dunkin that has messed this up.

I get that fast food places mess up , everyone’s human. But this place I don’t think has ever gotten my coffee right. Every time I ask for cold brew it’s regular and bitter, and cold brew is more expensive so it bothers me. The one time I went back and asked for the right one, they say “it is cold brew” I worked at dunks myself for years and can taste the difference 100%. Just make a new one for a customer when they say it’s wrong

My husband went here today ordered 2 hot chocolates, ice coffee, ice tea, 2 egg and cheese on english an order of hash browns and chocolate frosted donuts. The hash browns weren’t cooked ther was only 1 sandwich (which was wrong) it was a bacon egg and cheese and the hot chocolate was all clumped on the bottom of cup. Ridiculous! Save your money or go elsewhere! This is not the first time this has happened here! I’m done and they will NEVER get a sale from me again!

My boyfriend was just there and ordered two croissants to go and the order was incorrect. He received biscuits instead of two croissants so he returned to get correct order and then received only one croissant instead of two. Also food was burnt and inedible. He decided it would be a waste of time to try a third attempt. How difficult it is to place food in a bag? Horrible horrible trash and service.

WORST SERVICE OF YOUR LIFE HERE. Horrible staff, they make it their only job to get your order wrong. The food is NEVER cooked that is, if they even have what you want. Want some coffee with your cream? No it’s all cream. I dont know who manages this place but they need to be reevaluated. I witnessed an employee come outside and try to fight someone in the drive thru. Where are they hiring these people from? Just don’t do it I’m sure the next dunks is in close proximity to you just skip over this one.

Stopped there on my way to the highway . Ordered the new pretzel bites with mustard. They show mustard in the pic. The woman repeats back to me “mustard”. I get my order which was more than that, there were 2 of us in the car. We pull away, get set up, hit the highway and I take out my bites and no mustard. I’m starving and now I have stupid, dry Pretzels. Not freaking happy. I wanted to grey poupon someone in traffic but I didn’t see any Rolls Royces.

Coffee is very good but forget the muffins. They can really stick to your ribs but first you need to unglue it from the roof of your mouth so you can swallow it and don’t think you can lossen this paste product with the coffee it’ll only make it worse. The coffee is very good though.
