Standard DD food and drink, reasonably clean bathroom, but a sanitation grade of B in the kitchen at the time of writing this, so take that info as you will. The attached gas station / convenience store has a good selection as well. Easy to get off and back on the highway too.

The rep I got should have stayed hm. I get it, it’s hard to get decent employees but the girl who waited on me got peeved that I didn’t know they had both bagels and English muffins. I hadn’t been to a Dunkin’ in a really long time and just resumed work after a few years of taking care of my elderly mom. If this is what I can expect for service I’ll bring it from hm.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced so far in my life. Ordered two green tea lattes at the drive through and 2 bagels. When I received the lattes, they were half full and tasted like complete milk. I asked nicely for it to be filled more and it was just topped off with more milk. I politely asked for a different latte and noticed I was charged for 3 bagels. Instead of refunding me they argued with me that I had to pay 7$ more dollars for new lattes. Once the new lattes were given to me after specifying we wanted whole milk due to an extreme almond allergy, I noticed the drinks were darker then normal. In which I asked is this almond milk and they rudely responded yes. Thank god I had realized before my friend had sipped it, which after they had to REMAKE my latte again. I waited in this drive through for well over 10 minutes. All while this happened the window was slammed on my face three times, the workers were arguing in the back saying things like “I’m quitting my job”. I never got refunded for my bagel since the window was shut in my face by an employee who gave me her name (grace). Apparently there was also “no manager” there for me to speak to. Do NOT go to this Dunkin if you want some decent coffee.

They were rude and had very poor customer service. Assumed I was trying to get free food when i told them they put cheese on my sandwich when im lactose intolerant and asked for my money back. Never going back.

My drink was great. But the new sandwich grill cheese avocado was cook on such a high temperature that the cheese was melted right out of the bread n tomato were rubbery.

Most excellent coffee. We got iced coffee everyday for 2 weeks while I visited New Hampshire. Breakfast croissants and sandwiches are excellent. My visits to DD were wicked awesome!

The worst service. 20 minutes waiting for my coffee they the drive through plus it was early right when they open 4am its 410 and finally they had open plus made me wait an extra 20 minutes. The slowest employees ND worst dunking donut shop I’ve ever been too. Never again I will go to this dunking a waste of 20 mnts plus they gave some one else order .

This was a good visit… the seating was comfortable, coffee tasted great and exactly to my request, and the egg and cheese wraps were tasty and hot. Staff were nice and she actually came back later and asked me if the coffee was to my liking… i appreciated it.

Ordered one Hot coffee and two iced coffees…they got them mixed up and gave my friend who had ordered an iced black coffee a hot black coffee and gave me an iced flavored coffee instead of the hot flavored coffee that I had ordered. While we were waiting for our coffees us another customer came in and said he had gotten to round coffee’s which he had proof of with the receipt but was not allowed to get a refund until Saturday morning when there was a manager on
