I used to go to this location at 500 Groton rd. Westford once or twice a day. There was a girl that was working almost all the hours during the week. She let me know she was leaving. She was over worked and under paid. So she went to another job that would pay her more after talking with you and not getting anywhere. After she left I got coffee the next 6 days. They were all poured out. I even asked for 2 to be remade due to sour tasting milk or no flavoring and they were still terrible. I just started buying pre made ice coffee at the market and haven’t been back till today. It’s the same thing and the two girls that usually work the weekend that can make coffee right weren’t there. I thought it was just me but not mentioning it three other people have brought it up to me that they stopped going due to bad coffee the past few weeks. You need to try to get them back or take the time to train your new employees.

Another morning It’s CLOSED! Senior management needs to take some serious consideration as to how this place operates. Regional/District managers should be held accountable since they failed to supply the resources to operate this store.

The person at the counter had one glove on. They used that hand with the glove to handle cash, donuts and touch the equipment. Never coming here again.

This place is unapologetically slow and in spite of that fact they still mess up my order more often than they get it right! I love Dunkin’ and am pretty religious in my Dunkin’ run, but this place should not be on anyone’s list unless you’ve got an hour to spare and don’t really care if you get what you order.

Omg they have literal twelve year olds working here. Ordered a latte- they gave me a cup of white milk. Then got hash browns and a wake up wrap w no cheese and asked specifically if they could burn the bacon. After the first ten mins I got the milk latte and wrong sandwich, so I asked if they could put the bacon in a little more (this is where a dunks with not children would have just…put the bacon back in like they normally do- without attitude) they then gave me a whole new sandwich with cheese, so I APOLOGIZED and asked if they could do it without cheese. Third time, twenty five mins later, I had to go out to tell my partner and toddler I would be a few more mins, and came back in to my sandwich being thrown at me while two of the little kids snickered after having tossed my sandwich at me. The little boy said ‘we can’t LAUGH at work?’ No, y’all spent the last half hour of my Saturday morning errands, messing around rather than make HASH BROWNS, A WAKEUP WRAP, AND A LATTE-whybis that hard?! I stayed polite and waited patiently, but after FOUR wrong attempts at making something that had you just payed attention rather than chatting with your friends, could have taken two mins, and only does take two mins at every other dunks ever. The brown haired girl was the only polite one who wasnt messing around, and just did her job politely. It should not take four attempts at listening to get a customers order right, and you should NOT be taking your mistakes out on customers by throwing their sandwich (still not cooked properly god forbid we just COOK THE BACON) And giving attitude Because you’re embarrassed and frustrated that somebody asked you to do your job properly

This is the worst Dunkin I have ordered from. Got my cold food again today, and on a busy day be prepared to wait 15-20 mins. Staff is rude and and slow. Terrible.

After waiting an honest 30min for my mobile order I mention it to the staff in case they forgot it, which they did, and the manager gives me attitude, and not the first time. Instead of making your employees put 10 stickers on each coffee, maybe have them work on speed and hospitality.

super slow, no seating. long lines, long waiting times with usually only one of the three/four dunkin employees doing actual work… don’t walk away and sweep the floor when you have a 6-person line, and the same person cashiering/cooking!

I really hate leaving Bad reviews But unfortunately this place has earned it I was there about 8:00 a.m. there is only one person on the menu board was not lit up Young lady on duty at the time as a consistently badd attitude ( I’ve ran into her on more than one occasion and I typically try to avoid this dunks)3 other people just walked out due to long wait time. She was dealing with online orders and the line of foot traffic

4 out of 5 times they get my order wrong or the just don’t fill the order (ordered via the app), and then when reminded, like after my 20, yes, 20 minute wait this morning, it was still wrong.
