They are the worst always an issue, ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks, got to drive through window price said 11 and change, once I gave my card I noticed the amount changed to 18 and change, was handed the bag with 2 sandwiches and asked to go to the 2nd window for my drinks. Once she came with my drinks I asked for my reciept, another guy came over with a bag and the receipt, told him the bag wasn’t mine I was just waiting for the receipt, turns out she added on another sandwich right before I paid and had I not noticed and asked for the receipt I would have driven off and they would not have been caught charging me for extra food that I did not order nor get. Wonder how many other ppl they have done this to. Will never go back to that location.

I used to go to this location all the time but over time this place has become more and more inconsistent and the employees seem to have no idea what they are doing. Whatever drink I order it is always made wrong. Instead of taking it the way they handed it to me (clearly made incorrectly) this time I asked if it could possibly be remade because it didn’t look right. The employee literally rolled her eyes at me even though I had already been waiting at the drive thru window for over 5 minutes for a drink. She tried to hand it back to me basically the same way so I said I did not want it and can I please have my money back. Another employee got involved and actually yelled at me that giving my money back would take too long. So I had to take the drink made incorrectly and never even took a sip. Needless to say I will never go back here and management seriously needs to make some changes.

Had a pumpkin spice latte here after getting gas. I was happy with the latte, especially for the price. The Dunkin’ is inside the gas station convenience store. The place is clean and there are a couple of seats available if you want to eat in.

The WORST Dunks/coffee shop I have ever been to. I’d rather get an incorrect order a million times over the rudeness they serve here. They Always tell you to hold on at the speaker, and there is NO one in line. You wait at least a couple of minutes, then they Rush you as if they are insanely busy, still, No one in line. You drive up, pay, and 90% of the time, your order comes out wrong.

The food is good the drinks are good and the majority of the people that work here are great but there’s one woman named Marie who works at the front register who single handedly is so awful that she brought my review from five stars to one star she should not be working here! She sighs after everything you order even if you’re ordering one coffee she gets mad if you order anything more than one drink she moves slower than Internet explorer she’s horrible to the people she works with and she makes racist comments all the time this is not acceptable Dunkins you need to do something about it

No one speaks enough English to get your order right. EVERY-TIME my order is messed up. Not only that, you wait at the speaker for over 3 minutes listening to them speak in whatever language is native to them. Will never be returning and unless you speak their language I wouldn’t recommend going either because your order will be wrong every time .
