I have a five year old son who is a picky eater. I thought I’d try to tempt him with some donuts. I brought him in at around 330pm today to look at the donuts. He saw a chocolate one he liked but then he said “why are those donuts covered with bugs” I looked and the dontut holes on the far left side had at least four insects crawling on them. We walked out the door and will never return. I hope Noone ordered donut holes this afternoon.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin’ Donuts. The management is a joke, refused to give me any information to contact somebody about the horrible service. I had an employee proceeded to laugh at the fact of her irate I was at the fact that I’m paying for coffee and they don’t know how to make it right, even though it’s one of those signature drinks.

Ever since the store reboot—75% of my coffees do not have the 2 packets of Splenda ordered and in fact written on the ticket. Do we have a Splenda shortage or does the person on sugar have something against Splenda (besides the unhealthy thing)????
