So sick of getting doughnuts from here and I swear they deliberately put them upside down In the bag. This looks like a toddler started eating it and got bored but the frosting is just on the bottom of the bag. It’s not that hard to put it In the bag so that it looks appealing when I go to eat it.

Beware of using cash when using your dunkins rewards at this dunkins .there is a male that works the drive thru who will say the reward offer ( as In like a free coffee) has not gone through if your using cash. I believe he’s pocketing the money. Now this has happened to me a few times there with the same person only the other workers have not tried to cheat me out of my money. ( I am also a tipper, so I don’t appreciate being robbed) everytime I come through for my free coffee or donut what ever it may be I will usually buy more stuff along with the free offer. When I go up and he scans my phone. I will ask him did it pull the offer. And he will ask me well are you paying with cash or card and once I reply card. He has no choice but to tell me the real amount, if I say cash he will tell me the amount prior to scanning. I have started to say card even if I’m paying with cash so I don’t get robbed. This is the only place this happens to me. He was working the window yesterday afternoon around 1 ish… June 12th 2023. Hope they catch on or keep a eye on him.

Between my house and my office there has to be a dozen or more dunkin donuts that wouldn’t be more than a 3 minute detour. And of those dozen or more dunks, this is the one I chose to stop at every morning. I order the same large iced coffee and sesame bagel everyday, and the coffee is always great and the bagel is always fresh and prepared exactly how I request it to be. And I order via mobile and my order is always ready for me when I arrive. I really do appreciate these things. They make my mornings more enjoyable and stress free. I found at other dunks I would arrive (10 mins after placing mobile order) and they still wouldn’t have started making it yet. Or the coffee would be ready but not the bagel.

Coffee ordered on the app with standard cream and sugar but was black instead. I paid for bottled water then they asked us at the window if we wanted bottle water with our order, that we already paid for. Rude customer service.

I order the same Chicken, Bacon Croissant & Hash Browns just about 3-4xs a week… 1/2 the time the croissants are either sold out or the shipment is late (that is my only complaint)… But otherwise I love Dunks!

Usual gas station location off a busy travelers highway. Needed coffee and grabbed a bag of Munchkins. Polite service, but got the Dunkin Dark or Midnight (forgot the name) and it was pretty “thin” – tasted quite watery. Got a bag of 10 Munchkins and had to throw the 4 powdered (almost half the bag) out… they were stale. So much that trying to wash it down with the coffee didn’t work. We’re talking DAYS stale, and everyone that knows me knows I won’t say no to a Munchkin. These left me no choice.

I don’t know what happened to this location. Years ago this location was great, they had a crew that cared. I recently visited this location around 11:30am. I waited for about 15 minutes in the drive-thru (2 cars in front of me). Worst of all, my coffee was WRONG! Nothing worse than waiting in a drive-thru for 15 minutes only to realize your coffee was not what you ordered. Very sad to see what happened to this location.
