The restrooms were filthy. No soap in the dispenser and no toilet paper. The staff needs to be trained on cleaning. As a former custodian, it is highly important that all staff is trained not only in what to use for chemicals, but in proper sanitizing of all restrooms. Not to mention there was no supervisor there. You couldn’t pay me enough money to step foot in this Dunkin Doughnuts.

Have the same drink a million times and never seen them mess it up so bad. Returned and got it even worse. This after they messed up my second drink and offered that we could keep the wrong drink which we kept as we waited a while too. The guy at the door was at least apologetic but nevertheless this DD has always been the worst I have been to. It’s either due to the management for hiring untrained staff or the staff itself. Hours they are open and availability of things is a whole different sad story as well. Needs some serious overhauling. Hope someone is reading this and will help many people.

If I could give no stars, I would. The young woman handling the drive thru was the absolute rudest person I have encountered in my entire life. She sighed and grumbled about our order (two coffees, one donut and three munchkins) and then proceeded to give us the wrong munchkins in our bag; we asked for old fashioned so that our dog could have a treat and she put in glazed. We politely asked for her to give us old fashioned and she argued with us that the glazed (clearly covered in sugar) munchkins were old fashioned, grabbed a glazed munchkin to “show us that we’re wrong”, held it next to the one from our bag (they were identical); she then snarled and raised her voice after which we promptly decided to leave since she was such a nasty individual. Our drinks are also SUPER sweet and they were supposed to have sugar free flavoring in them; I’m not surprised since she was incredibly aggressive and treated us like garbage from the beginning. Seriously, Dunkin of North Andover, consider who you hire. If a diabetic ordered an unsweetened drink, they could sue you when people like that purposely give the wrong order because they don’t like what they do and they’re in a foul mood. I will never be going to another Dunkin besides the one I typically go to in North Reading. Good day.

Not sure who the younger women were in the morning/early afternoon that were on shift, but they were honestly probably some of the rudest girls I’ve ever encountered in customer service. Right off the bat I couldn’t hear her repeat my order and I asked her to repeat she said, she screamed it back at me, and I’m not even exaggerating. Both the cashier and the girl on the headset were equally as awful. I was honestly shocked! The sign says “under new management”. The management and branch owner needs to hire new employees, I’d rather wait longer with better customer service because these snide girls are driving customers out. Never ever again.

Does this place even try? Always avoid this place. They always get order wrong. This is the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. Out of timing desperation I reluctantly went. Got a cup with a sticker on the inside! Not sure how you dont notice since never worked at one but given their history pretty sure they just are terrible at what they do and dont give a damn.

Poor customer service wow… The female in drive thru pretty much was shouting how she felt about the customers in her earpiece out loud where those waiting at the front can hear it all it was bad. She would say no ignore him i already took his order, told the other female at the front to close the door so customers can stop coming in it was awful. Made me uncomfortable actually. It happened on 8/22/22 at 1230pm so y’all can figure out who worked that shift .

Need some work! The indoor area is always close so if you was to pick up your order or just simply walking in you can’t do that a lot of the time because it’s closed off to the public but the app has it that you could pick up your order inside that’s very confusing. Food was nice, coffe was ok
