I used to go through here most mornings. You ask them for a bagel with cream cheese ON the bagel and they say “ok bagel with cream cheese” and once I get it, it has no cream cheese. I’m driving to work so I have to pull over, put the cream cheese on and then I’m late. Then I ask again, and I make a point to repeat WITH cream cheese on the bagel. Then I get the bagel and it looks like this (picture below). Really guys? Is it that hard to put cream cheese on a bagel? I ended up going somewhere else now, there’s a lot of small coffee shops in the area that will put in the extra effort, instead of these people at Dunkin’ Donuts who put a single knife spread on the bagel and pack it up.

Drive thru this evening around 5pm. I ordered 1 coffee and pulled up to the window. No cars in front of me & no cars behind me. I asked to add an additional coffee. The very ignorant worker states “nope ” adding to an order is not permitted. I asked if she was kidding? She smiles with “no”. She stated that I would need to drive around the building and order again. Still no other cars in line? I hope she enjoyed that coffee, as I drove away! She can keep D&D coffee…enjoy! She should be trained and learn the “Kings English” 12/15/2022 4:45pm -5pm.

I ordered a grilled cheese with my drink after having to repeat myself multiple times in the drive thru. At the window I said I was missing a grilled cheese. All the lady said was “no” and I said yes I ordered one. She said no you didn’t. If you want one you’ll have to go back through the line. Any experience I’ve had where the drive thru didn’t hear or wasn’t paying attention and missed an item they have ALWAYS charged for the item and said to park and they’d bring it out. This lady’s attitude was horrible and I hope the employees here learn some manners.

Lost curbside order, asked a worker who came out to check on it, and he ignored me, then when I came in after waiting some more and gave them my name to check they sang a middle school jingle to make fun of it. Really? Re-placed my order, got more attitude from the cashier, and got a burned bagel.

The drive thru took 30 minutes before answering, SO we went inside, the inside so messy that it looked like a hurricane went through the store, they had nothing I wanted or it didn’t worked, smelled like something was burning, so we walked out and didn’t get anything and we drove to a different store. A young woman whom I had never seen before (I am a regular customer) handed me my large coffee and a donut and when I came home and picked up the coffee from my cupholder the cap popped off and the hot coffee spilled all over me and my car. Those caps have to be secured by pushing down all around the top and not on just one spot.

This is the worst Dunking Donuts ever!!! They always mess your order. You order a hummus toast, they give avocado toast. You order ice coffee, they give you hot coffee, and thats being lucky because other times they just dont give you what you order. Even my daughter who is 4 year old, doesn’t like going there because they dont give her what she orders!
