Ordered a medium iced coffee. The cup was more than 3/4 of the way full with ice. What in the world?! What a total rip off and waste of money I got about five sips out of it before I reach the bottom. It shouldn’t be necessary to tell people exactly how many ice cubes you need in your drink but I guess you have to do it at this place.

I really do like their frozen coffee ( no whipped cream ). The slight problem I am having is that they seem to be running out of plain doughnuts and when I do get one it’s a little on the stale side. They always have to stop my order and check on availability of this doughnut. I really didn’t think this doughnut was that popular anymore. Also, the employee that speaks on the microphone when you order has to speak slower, louder and clearly, us old folk can’t hear or understand you.

The guy in the drivethru wouldn’t serve us because he claimed he couldn’t hear us so when I spoke up for him he claimed I was yelling at him. His attitude and demeanor is very unprofessional. Will never bring my service to you again.

This place used to be my go to!! And I swear there is new workers here constantly! I had my order messed up and thankfully I was able to speak to who I believe is the GM and she quickly refunded me…….. went there the next day and I had to repeat my order 10x (no exaggerating) and they made 4-6 different coffees(cause they couldn’t listen and get it right) , and also over charged me after I told them the order so many times someone finally said ok take that off her total (there was an extra espresso but everything else was correct and I still couldn’t get my order correctly made, and still ended up being charged incorrectly) I finally received my coffees (that ended up STILL being wrong) and there was coffee all over them, the cover was not on fully and came off and got even more coffee EVERYWHERE!!!!! It used to literally be my favorite dunks! And now I dread going but it’s the closest to me I called to try to speak to a manager probably 5 times within 2 hours and not one single call was answered!! During this horrible experience one person seemed to want to get it correct, Alex!! The only person, but everyone had all ready made everything so confusing that it was impossible !! Should def listen to the customer instead of speaking over then! Thanks Alex for actually trying!!!
