The coffee was watered down, absolutely disgusting to drink. The Hash Browns We’re all thrown in together and created one big mold. The staff was friendly. I wouldn’t recommend coming here for fresh coffee or food.

It’s almost impressive how bad this dunks is but today was a special kind of bad. I watched five cars leave the line behind us as well as the car at the window leave empty handed even though they paid after waiting 20 minutes. Our order was wrong and our change was absolutely short. This isn’t really a complaint because I know well enough to avoid this one at all costs (my husband wanted coffee) but if you want to go for the human experience of watching absolutely everything be done incorrectly then here is the place.

I waited 18 min for 2 ice coffee nine of those minutes I waited for somebody to speak to me on the intercom then after my coffee was made and already purchase they made me wait longer just so they can take the next person’s order of seeing I wasn’t waiting long enough

Where to start.. first service is really bad. The guy at the drive-thru window is super slow, and you can barely hear what he says. For 2 coffees, they ask you to wait, and when they give it to you, it’s either cold or the cup its dirty dripping coffee.

Crazy bad attitude with the front store associate, can tell she hates this place and everyone in it. Also took her like 15m to fulfill my order of two things, and both were wrong. Will avoid at cost, ad rather drive 7m out of my commute than go to this franchise literally on my way to work. This isn’t a one time thing by the way; this is weeks of mess ups and patience.

We just stopped for ice coffees; my husband went in and it wasnt busy but it took 15 minutes to get them. The older; heavy set woman at the counter had the worst attitude; she was actually yelling at customers. A couple of people came in and heard her and turned around and left.
