I love this quiet location. Other Dunkin Donuts places have music blasting loud, but this one keeps a pleasant atmosphere. The staff have been great, and I enjoy stopping here for a quick snack and/or drink and use of decent quality internet.

Two employee men on nights locked the door at 7pm and the store doesn’t close until 9pm. I was treated poorly and laughed at for asking them to unlocked the front door. As I left, one employee stared at me shaking their head as if to exemplify i’m an annoyance. Made me feel very unwelcomed. Lazy attitude on the job. This is bad for business. When I was a barista I would have got fired for locking doors too early. (12/09/2022)

Paid 5$ or the pumpkin spice latte even though the deal expired two days ago I wasn’t sure at the time, and they had a sign posted on the window of the store so I was very disappointed when I got to the checkout line and was charged 2$ extra. Also the coffee taste burnt. It taste like a burnt pumpkin.

I am a daily morning customer due to highway convenience. There is one associate there in particular who provides the worst service I have ever experienced. Simple orders always get screwed up at the register (even when I am the only one in the drivethru)! Techonology seems to befuddle this woman. She is always confused and when she is the one making sandwiches it is even worse. Today my sausage, egg, cheese wraps were both cold and not cooked. You state your order at the menu sign as requested and then it must always be explained to her again at the window. This has been going on for years and it is time for me to go out of my way and find another location.

The two women that open this store in the mornings are awesome. I am a truck driver (18 wheelers) and as you could imagine it is very difficult to get coffee early in the mornings even more so in a truck as wel as with COVID going on right now. I park at a gas station next door & order through the app, the ladies allow me to pick up my coffee by walking to the drive thru window and have never gave me a hard time about it because they know I drive trucks. Thankyou, you are appreciated it means more than you know

Went through drive thru with family she asked us what we wanted then asked again I looked over at my family member and asked what he wanted again then looked back and then she told us that she could see us then proceeded to the window and then was asked what was so funny then she proceeded to walk around and take up some time will not be going back for a while

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. We were waiting at the window alone for 10 minutes. I watched 2 people make several coffees, clean the coffee filter and scramble around nonsensically , then proceed to walk in the back for almost 5 minutes with no human interaction. When we were greeted by the manager, she Made no acknowledgement of the poor service that was given. To rectify the situation we were given our money back And went to heavenly donuts . Needless to say we will never go to Dunkin’ Donuts again , the coffee and customer service does not even compare.
