As of about 6 months ago things went straight down hill for the DD on Amesbury rd in Haverhill Ma i used to go there every day never a problem now I go an extra half mile to avoid them .No fewer than 10 out of 11 orders were screwed up and I am talking about $15 orders a day. 3 coffees 2 sandwiches and they can’t get it straight to save there lives. I am done with that DD. one star is being generous

I asked for the butter on my croissant. On it. I have to drive. I can’t put butter on it and drive. It came out burnt black, completely inedible. Also, don’t just assume I’m tipping. I saw someone just take my change and stuff it in their tip jar without asking, then was rudely asked if I needed anything after. I wouldn’t be as upset if my change wasn’t taken from me. This also isn’t the first time this has happened.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had to wait 15 minutes for them to toast 3 bagels and a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, which fell apart. When I asked where my order was one of the workers told me to stop being impatient. I saw at least three people who ordered after me get their food before me. I told him that my wait time was ridiculous and he told me that I was being ridiculous because it was so busy. Other than the drive through, there were only four other people in there and two of them already had their order. I told him that this is a Dunkin’Donuts, aka fast food. He told me he didn’t hear anyone else complaining and if I didn’t like it I cold go somewhere else. I told him I already paid for my order so I wasn’t leaving. He told me that I should never come back and I told him don’t worry I won’t. When I got my food from him, yeah, I swore at him, but he swore at me right back and called me a Karen. And yes, I think I will speak to the manager!

This dunks is terrible. I’ve been here twice in the past 2 weeks and both times were a mess. The people in there are so unfriendly and really don’t want to be there. There was a lady in there today who was working & yelling/ complaining about the customers at the drive thru and swearing about them infront of the customers in the line inside. She was dropping f bombs, It was so absolutely unprofessional. All I wanted to do was leave because of how bad the environment was inside. Then we get our coffees and I’m so happy to leave to go outside and take a sip to spoiled cream. Went back in and asked the coffee to be remade and mentioned it tastes spoiled for them to put the same cream in the second one. Walked back out tasted it and it was terrible. Legit had to dump it out in the parking lot and was not going back in there for them to remake it a 3rd time. Will never be back here and would rather go to the one 10mins down the road in Merrimac.

Not quite sure about the bad reviews. We only come to this DD because of the service and the breakfast sandwiches are always cooked perfectly. I have never come across bad or slow service. Friendly, prompt and the inside is always clean. I highly recommend this location.

I don’t think I’ve ever spent so long waiting in a drive-through line as I did at this dunkin donuts. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they were understaffed but when I got to the window there were 3 people in there. They were laughing and joking around which I totally support but not during the morning rush. It seems like it would’ve been faster to go in to the store but doesn’t that defeat the point of having a drive-through a drive-through?

The Dunkin’ in Haverhill, MA is a great place to go for coffee. The staff were friendly and the restrooms were very clean. I would definitely recommend this Dunkin’ to anyone looking for a quick pit stop and a great cup of coffee!
