The employees expected me to know everything on the first day with no training. A worker named Kamal always takes out her anger on her co-workers. I get that it can be busy and frustrating at times, but she was like that everyday. Instead of trying to help me learn, people just tried to make me look bad to the manager. The second Dunks I worked at I became an assistant . Nine times out of ten I had the customers out very quickly. This place will make you wait forever at the speaker when there’s like two cars ahead of you. Thet serve you donuts that are out in the open and flies go on them all day. The employees are pretty rude and standoffish to customers. Working here, they wanted to cut your hours and give you more and more and more work. Every Dunks will try to work you to death.

I’d recommend putting some kind of notice that your Driv-Thru is closed so customers aren’t inconvenienced by sitting there foolishly thinking it’s open and waiting to place an order I can probably speak not only for myself but the 4 cars behind me

They ALWAYS burn my coffee. I’ve tried three different times and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but the third time the coffee was literally undrinkable and Disgusting. What a waste of $5. If I coffee shop can’t even make coffee what’s the point.

Half the staff doesn’t know what they’re doing, whenever I ask for something, they always forget something, and it’s nothing complicated. It’s not like it’s busy, so there’s no rush. It’s before 7, so the drive thru is closed. That location should be either shut down or placed under new management. Staff is ignorant, asking for tips that they don’t deserve if they can’t get my order right.

Let me tell you. Me and one of my girlfriends walked in and when I tell you it smelt so bad. We couldn’t use the front desk Becuase it was “broken” and it took them a solid 10 minutes before taking are order. We had seen someone we knew in the drive way they waited at the window for 5-10 minutes. When they gave us are food and drink we found mold in the drink. And the employees arnt even nice abt it. They didn’t apologize nothing. They asked what was wrong with it and then took it and took another 5 minutes to make another one. And they don’t even pay attention, always on they’re phones. They don’t even speak English!!! I had to repeat myself so many times for them to understand. Don’t come to this dunkin!!

As a Dunkins it’s what you can expect. However I really feel they should hire more staff for the busy parts of the morning. The staff here seem like they could do with a few more hands, it takes a lot of time to get your order in and then to receive it. I frequently see people leave the line and give up waiting to order. Otherwise, the staff here are friendly and the product maintains consistency. If you are running late I’d skip this location in the morning.
