The man at the drive thru this morning was incredibly rude, impatient and incompetent. He managed to completely mess up my order in spite of giving it to him literally 3 times. Additionally, when I pulled up to the window to get my order, he was rude and did not acknowledge me accept when to get my payment. I am not going back there again.

Waited almost 10 mins ,had to call drive thru staff over . When she finally came over she signaled to another employee who was sittin, playing with her phone . When i asked her why she let me sit there and wait she got a attitude n became beligerant . I said nevermind she proceeded to sit back down and play on her phone which i tried to capture pictures of but employee told her and she came out swearing threating me and saying she gonna call police . Not very professional for any employee let alone a manager . Was highly Disappointed

The staff was so rude and very impatient then when I ordered they didn’t make it correctly and didn’t get my sandwich. Then when I got my drink I realized it was made wrong and when I went to ask for more flavor I got a finger in my face. This is unacceptable and a shame on the morning team.

My wife and I just pulled up to the speaker and microphone. We knew what we wanted. Something came out of the speaker that was indecipherable. We didn’t know if they wanted to take our order or were asking us to wait. There were 3 cars in front of us. Then the voice came over the speaker again, this time very clearly. He said “Are you ready to place your order? Let’s go!” This was said with an negative attitude and tone I can’t convey in this review. My wife and I were shell shocked. I was going to comment on his poor customer service when we got to the window. He owed us an apology for his rude comment. When I got there, there was a negative and angry vibe radiating off of him. I could tell if I commented on his poor customer service, it would only escalate the already bad situation. I’ve had less than friendly and professional interactions at Dunkin’ drive throughs in the past. But this one tops them all. That employee has no business interacting with the public.

HORRENDOUSLY slow service. 2 cars left the line because they were so slow to come to the window. 3 people working, no customers inside, yet too busy to greet at window. Also placed order via app/mobile order several minutes prior and they hadn’t even pulled it off the printer yet. There was only one car in front of me, the 2 cars that followed behind me eventually just drove off. Appears to be extremely lazy and slow moving staff. I always try NOT to go here. Dunkin’ corporate needs to visit this place more often.
