It was my first time at this Dunkin’ location & I will not be back. Rosimar was the one who served me at the cash & she was incredibly rude. She could not give me accurate information regarding allergens present in the menu. She lacked manners and misunderstood my questions several times. I felt like I was speaking to a brick wall. She finally asked the manager who himself was misinformed about the menu and looked at me like I was trash. Complete and total incompetence on the part of these fast food workers. Moreover, they were conversing in Spanish in front of me so I could not understand what they were saying about the menu. I find this very disrespectful. The woman who prepared my chorizo wrap was also rude. She simply slammed the wrap down on the counter without looking at me. I said “thank you” but she didn’t respond. I get that they want to work quickly, but they cannot do this at the expense of customer service. I’ve worked in the public before and this is unacceptable. My advice to you: go elsewhere. They do not deserve to be in business..

Can’t go to this location with my family and friends anymore. It has been really filthy dirty these past few months. Bathrooms are disgusting!! Filthy with trash on dirty floors and dirty tables. NO SOAP AND NO TOILET PAPER!!!

Asked for an iced Carmel swirl, doesnt taste right. They were writing orders down on paper and I’m not even sure if they know what Dunkin’ has to offer. Definitely no swirl. Should’ve gone to the gas station. Same quality.

It’s hit it miss here but unfortunately mostly a miss. They tend to be painfully slow in the mornings most of the time when people are trying to get to work–some workers just feel no need to hustle to get the line moving. I had four people in front of me on my last visit with no one doing large orders (single or two coffees, one food order that gets done on the side by the only person that always seem to be in overdrive, and the largest order at the counter was one coffee with two dozen mixed donuts); I waited in line for ten minutes! On a couple of occasions I’ve seen people bring orders back, saying that they were wrong and the staff gave them attitudes. They need to either always have both registers going, hire more hardworking people, or both. This place is going to have me going back to making my own coffee at home again.

Insanely slow. Never seen anything like it in my life. You can put your order in from your house in Worcester and it is guaranteed to not be ready by the time you get here.

I thought the service totally sucked I had to asked to be waited on, the girl was upset I interrupted her conversation with other employee. She did not know the kind of munchkins that you had to offer. She started to leave to continue her conversation with other employee when I said could you please just wait on me do I can leave. At that point she started slamming my order and really got upset when I said one bag was enough. Haven’t been there in about 25 years and it will probably be that long till I go again.

The three employees behind the counter were arguing loud about something and apparently I was the inconsiderate one who interrupted their heated conversation by patiently and quietly waiting in front of the counter. The guy was like “uggh fine what do you want” and then went back to arguing with his coworkers while making my coffee. They were so into their argument that they almost messed up my order…

Waited over 10 mins for coffee and it was witches brew! Luckily I was in the area when I tasted it and came back and told them. Then they gave me coffee that tasted like decaf and they didn’t even close the lid. The people working here are too busy gossiping and chit chatting in portugués than to actually work. Both woman taking orders where barely able to understand English and only understood me when I spoke Portuguese. The need to get it together here.
