Every time I come here, the worst attitudes. The lady that makes the food is very unpleasant and doesn’t even make it right. She loves to discombobulated the food in your bag. Doesn’t even let you know that the foods on the counter slams it on the counter it just leaves it there in the bag. Franchisors should know about this at their locations. Pretty soon America will be running off of a different coffee shop

Let me just say that I worked here for four days. I quit today because the blonde girl that works there is the rudest girl I’ve ever met. I don’t know how to do a lot of things because I’m new yet. She continuously yelled at me in front of customers. She was rude to customers. She spoke in a different language I didn’t understand (I’m pretty sure it was not nice things about me). She did this infront of the managers who didn’t care. I stayed there for 3 hours before leaving because I couldn’t take it anymore. I know this might not be the right way to do it but I left her with a big line in the front room and in the drive thru since she wanted to be rude to me. Sorry but if you’re gonna go there just make sure the blonde girl ain’t there cuz she will be rude af to you.

Took 2 large hot vanilla chai latte.. the cup was filled only 40%, when we asked the lady, she says thats how much we serve … also the powder wasn’t even mixed properly… this happened several times already, this time I asked and she topped with milk(without even stirring) and the response was very rude… she added “next time ask for extra milk”…

Is a Dunkin, not much to say… They are super friendly and nice. They did make a small mistake on our order and someone else in line as well. They fixed it no problem. I still will go back and update my review and hope they improve a bit.
