I got my drinks at the window the realized I forgot something so I went inside and over heard the employees be very disrespectful behind the counter since they couldn’t see me they were talking about me and my friends saying we are just crack heads from Douglas since one of the employees doesn’t like me that much

Horrible. The shop had excessive amount if employees who couldn’t take a order at the front counter so they use a touch screen so customers can do employees job. (I hope I get a w2). I counted 17 people in the store and a line in the drive thru actually on lackey dam. My coldbrew was covered in cold foam and the entire thing was sticky. My hot coffee was awful. I’ll pay the extra and do the drive for Starbucks.

Worse service ever never got to order on the drive through after waiting for over 5 minutes I said is anyone there and the lady told me to wait she was short staff I told her she should have told me they were short staff and I could have left. She then told me. to f myself and to go to hell.. I asked her for the manager and number and she refused.. I recorded it and got her name!!!

I get my coffee black but your going to charge me .25 for EVERY pump of caramel I get. Worse Dunkin EVER. $3.75 for caramel and $7 something for the coffee. That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve EVER heard. Will never go to this Dunkin again.

Worst service (Ellen and even the manager!). Didn’t get my order right and refused to correct it. They didn’t even toast the sourdough breakfast sandwich or what was supposed to be a sausage egg and cheese on an everything. They must have turned down the toaster to get them out faster.
