Bagel minis served too hot in my opinion. I want to eat them right away and they are always hot to the touch from Dunkin’s ovens. A slight temperature adjustment would go a long way in my opinion. This dunkin kept the drive through line moving but it took a while still.

It’s a funny place, I ordered donuts and black coffee ( what else!?) and they gave me a bag of donuts. I waited couple minutes and one of the stuff asked me “what I am waiting for?!” I told her “ For what people are usually coming here? Coffee I suppose !“ Half a dozen of them and I was the only customer…! Its a tough world, we need more college people for this kind of work!

Today I went to this Dunkins at 3:15 through the drive threw. I waited first for 5 min for someone to take my order. When they didn’t, I said hello. Someone informed me that they’re doing a shift change and there would be no orders taken. I also work in retail and was on my 30 min break. It was a huge inconvenience and very unprofessional. I thought whoever the manager was would be interested to know their staff isn’t serving people when they’re open.

Horrible experience. At 3:15pm today I attempted to go through the drive-through of this Dunkins and sat at the speaker for five minutes until someone told me that they could not serve me because there was a “shift change” going on. They wouldn’t let me come inside to place my order either. I’ve worked at a Dunkin’ Donuts for two years and never heard of turning someone away because of a shift change. They refused to serve myself and the two cars behind me. I only had a 30 minute break from work and didn’t have time to go somewhere else so I was unable to eat or get a coffee. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had at this store and I will not be back.
