Staff was not timely with taking my order. Order was wrong and when I asked for it to be corrected the worker told me to stop rolling my eyes at her. Horrible service. She should be fired immediately!!

Show up to an open dunkin excited about a large black iced tea and a large iced coffee with coconut milk and a caramel swirl. What we got was an iced black tea then told to have a good day. Mind you there are 2 young women standing chatting behind the counter and a young gentleman in the drive thru. We look puzzled and ask about the iced coffee that apparently took longer to order than expected then was never made. The young man then proceeds to make and iced coffee with almond milk and pretty sure not iced coffee. It is awful. If I could give Zeros stars definitely would.

By far the worst DD in the area. Employees arguing as we waited at window for order. Majority of orders are done wrong. Employees do not know how to properly interact with customers. A lot of young kids working there but I don’t blame them. The failure is on the manager for not properly training.

I went to the drive thru to order my coffee and sandwich and I was told to come inside next time to order sandwiches and that kind of stuff. The employees was very rude and a long-haired guy did not said any word while gave me my order. I felt very disappointed as a customer. I’m spending my money on it and it is expensive. They have to understand this is not for free!

Worst Dunks around! Very rarely get an order right. Employees will argue with other. They do not get any training on customer service. There is no accountability for their poor service.

I ordered ahead of time, so far ahead that the app asked if I wanted to wait because I was so far away. I still waited 10 minutes for my coffee when I got there. Plenty of people working, just not efficiently.

I go here everyday & everytime I order a bagel. I literally get a speck of cream cheese. I know Dunks is known to give zero cream cheese when you even ask for extra but the past couple times I’ve gone my bagel has been more than 3/4 completely dry. Please train your employees to put a reasonable amount on, I’m sure that’s not how they would like to recieve a bagel they paid for.
