I have no complaints about this Dunkin Donuts location. Every time I have gone there whether through the drive-thru or walk-in I have been greeted and spoken to with respect. This morning I went there to get an iced coffee and a donut. Their pumpkin flavor is out again, so I had to get myself some. The coffee was delicious. If you order through the Dunkins app you can get special member favors. I chose Nutty Pumpkin. It was delicious. I will continue coming back to this one.

Management is awful here. Employees always seem to be annoyed with customers. I messed up my mobile order once (forgot to add cream to my coffee) and I very politely asked the girl to add it and she snatched my iced coffee away and poured in cream and barely mixed it. Tasted awful. Then TODAY I went in, gave my name for my mobile order of 2 coffees and the manager handed me one coffee saying here you go. I said politely thank you but I have one more and she very snottily said “Yup its coming!” These aren’t the only two issues I’ve had lately but enough is enough. If you’re that angry and annoyed by customers get out of the service industry.

I’ve refrained from doing a review for a long time because this is the closest dunks to my morning route, but the complete lack of ability to serve customers has just gotten ridiculous. You either wait 15+ min for your coffee, and/or your order is completely wrong! Today we placed a mobile order more than 10 ,minutes before getting there and when I got to the window we were handed one of our items and waved on. I said no there were two more things on our order and the young lady at the counter got annoyed with me, asked what they were because they NEVER MADE THEM AND DIDNT HAVE THE ORDER SLIP ANYMORE, and then we were STILL handed the wrong things. All in all we placed the order at 3:51 and were not given our entire correct order until after 4:20, at which point I had gone inside and THEY HAD NOT EVEN STARTED THE DRINK. I’ll be going out of my way to go to a different location from now on.

Poor management especially Jennifer Hyde the assistant manager (originally from river street) extremely unprofessional and aggressive towards employees and rude to customers. No policies that protect employees or ones to kee0 a safe and secure workplace. Do not waste your time here as a customer or as an employee. This store needs a lot of work….

15 minutes to take an order for 2 coffees and 2 coffee rolls. That, plus when we finally were able to sample the coffee ( 5 miles down the road), no sugar/ Splenda despite being listed on the order. Sorry, going over to the competition 15 second up the road.

Closest one to my house and I would rather drive an hour then go to this dunkins. Lack of training and management has made this place miserable. Waiting 30 mins for a coffee either drive thru or ordered online sometimes longer. It’s insane!

A few times now I’ve been to this Dunkin and they can never make the coffee right. I usually make coffee at home but sometimes I like to get coffee on the go.. i get a caramel flavored coffee with oatmilk, liquid sugar and cold foam when I go to Dunkin, and when I seem to get it here, it tastes like water.

This location is the worst! Nine times out of ten my order is wrong. Either they don’t know how to listen or don’t know how to read because always ask for plain bagel Toasted dark and it’s never dark. This morning wasn’t even toasted. Time to start driving to different location. I always tip them a buck plus change. Makes me angry when I think of how much money I’ve wasted on bunch of incompetent people.
