One of the better Dunkin locations. Staff are always friendly and I’ve never had a problem with my order. Hot, fresh, and made correctly. Only downside is it’s right off route 2 so it can get busy in the morning and the drive through line backs up into the gas pumps.

I’m not sure what it is this week with this particular location, but the drive thru takes over 40 minutes to sit through with two cars in front of you. They never have any of the speciality coffees available seemingly anymore. Guess I have to go back to the River Street location.

The cash register on the front was initially down. I personally didn’t mind but I know some people might. Both people behind the counter were friendly and quick with the orders. I ordered an avocado toast, two breakfast tacos with no bacon, and a medium iced matcha latte with oat milk.

No inside ordering only drive through or through the app. Guess those without a car wanting a coffee can’t get one. Which sucks. I stood there a couple minutes before someone from the gas station told me it’s only drive thru. Very inconvenient for a lot of people. Lucky I am in a car but what about those that are not. On the other hand, Very friendly staff on both sides Dunkin and gas station and great tasting caramel latte. This is directed towards management, their employees seem great. -2 stars just because I couldn’t order inside. Expect a long line at drive thru.

If I could give a 0 I would. I stop at this location 2 times a day and it is progressively worse. This morning 20 minutes standing in the store waiting. Drive thru was taken care but not the inside sales. Sane this this afternoon. Waited 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. I will not be coming here again. I will go out of my way to find a better location that cares for their customers.

Order 3 items. Donuts were wrong ones I wanted. One my breakfast sandwich were wrong and the other was correct. It burned. The drive threw worker yelling mad and rudely threw donuts in box with no gloves. Disgusting

Six people working I waited 15 minutes for my medium hot coffee. I never actually got the coffee I had to just leave because I couldn’t wait any longer. Not to mention NO masks and one them was coughing everywhere. I’m glad I didn’t get my coffee. It was only two other people there and they were all just chatting it up. Dunkin’ is falling apart.

While I was at dunks, a pet emergency came up while ordering my items. The girls made sure to do my order ever so quickly & they all helped to get me out as quickly as possible. Because I was about to run out of the door and say forget it, until later, due to the said emergency at hand that had come up.
