Lowering from 5* to a 3* rating. In the time since my last review this establishment has had some new hires, some of which are okay, but many are impatient, unwelcoming, and in some instances downright rude (in my experience). I went from always being content with my order, to constant dissatisfaction. I am always polite, and understanding that some days are harder than others, but I refuse to be treated with anything other than basic human decency when I enter a place of business.

Go to Dunkin in sandries gas station on federal st gfld ma everyday for my mocha ice coffee and half the time it’s not made right, plus half the staff is rude always have friends hanging out inside store distracting teenagers from their job, always a long wait for just coffees! Can barely here drive thru attendants over noise in back ground like a party going on inside everyday! Plenty of staff on hand so not sure why takes so long for one coffee!! Being a regular everyday only few staff member’s know my voice, get my drink right first time and are pleasant clearly like their jobs! I appreciate the few friendly employees but can’t stand a few ignorant employees. Out of all Dunkin in our area this is the one I refer to go to how sad.

Save yourself the potential loss of money, time and sanity and don’t order ahead here. More than once I’ve ordered on the app and gone to this location only to find my order A) missing B) missing items C) just completely wrong D) someone else’s order or E) the items I ordered were out of stock. It’s so consistent here that when I go to other Dunkin locations in the world I’m blown away that my order isn’t in some form, wrong. Drinks are prepared wrong half of the time, I have meat dietary restrictions and regularly I find meat in my sandwiches, and sometimes my food and drinks are just outright cold. I understand that working in the food industry is not easy, it’s stressing and sometimes things get crazy; but it’s such a regular occurrence at this location that I’ve given up. This used to be my go to Dunkin in town, given that there are 2 other locations, because this was the best one. But recently it’s fallen by the wayside. Oh well.
