I ordered my coffee on the go still have to wait 10 minutes for the coffee I came in way after worser received that copies before when I spoke to the manager about this disrespectful inconsiderate with his attitude you should not be a manager assistant manager to argue with the customer is not right this is what he did argued with over coffee

Well, half the time the place is not fully staffed when it is the busiest- before work and school, so it is just a stupidly long car line. 90% of the time there are not enough lobby workers so don’t bother placing an order in advance either. The door will be locked.Just get it together, Dunkin. We are trying really hard to spend our money there. Maybe hire more reliable people, just a thought.

Came here to get a medium strawberry dragonfruit refresher with lemonade. I get these everyday and i know the regular refresher without lemonade is $3.30 and with lemonade is $3.84. i was charged for lemonade and when i got my drink it looked too pink so i asked the lady if there was lemonade in it, she told me yes and handed me my card back. I took a sip as i drove away and there is no lemonade in it. I don’t like posting bad reviews but i work down the road and would like to go there more often but i guess i can’t.

Recently ordered a coffee on the dunkin app and drove to the store, only to find it closed. This has happened frequently with the Ware Dunkin Donuts during Covid, and I understand that. But I went the following day to explain what happened, and they basically told me I was lying. They said the app was shut down and there were multiple signs indicating they were closed. None of this was true. There were 10 cars in line, all wondering why the store was closed. The manager told me they had been closed for 3 days, and there were signs indicating they were closed. Not true. I showed her my receipts from the past 3 days when they were “closed”. And I had ordered my coffee on the app … it was not shut down. Then she backtracked and said it was because I had redeemed a free coffee coupon on the app. Maybe … but she was already about 5 lies deep. I told her in my experience in retail you could always save a sale, but it was the customer she should be saving. And I was lost at this point. I’m just one person, but this was “my” DD. I probably spend about 1.5K there a year (I did the math)! Regardless, I’m not going back. Focus is not on the customer, but what really bothers me is the manager kept getting caught in lies. No way to run a business. And there are small independent coffee shops locally who will appreciate the business a lot more.

Rarely do they put sugar in coffee. Just enough cream to change the color. Waste of money. Girl taking orders sounds like you are bothering her. Go to west Brookfield. Always correct and all of the staff is nice. Not just a few like here

Most of the time I’m happy with the service here & they usually get my order right. Some sales associates are super friendly & go above + beyond to treat guests in a very courteous + respectful manner. Others are just “decent”, but don’t think I’ve ever had any negative experiences here with staff being rude or anything. I would like it if more employees could give you your total @ the drive thru speaker, prior to pulling up to the window, so that you can have your money ready & help the lines go faster, rather than having to wait until you are sitting @ the window before knowing how much your order costs. This doesn’t happen every time, but fairly often depending on who’s working. There is one male employee @ this location (who I wish I could give his name to sing his praises, but I don’t know it) that is always very pleasant whenever he’s working. I cannot give 5 stars, because I have had them mess up my order (more than just a few times!) but to be fair, I have been coming here for years & lately I’ve had good luck in this department. One thing I will tell whomever is reading this, right now (I’m assuming due to COVID-19) the Dunkin lobby is closed to customers, so this location is currently drive thru only! And because of this, you can almost always expect the line to be very long. However, sometimes it moves right along. But this is an inconvenience to those who wish to look @ the menu for a min or two without the pressure of ordering immediately (like @ drive thru), plus this also means no public restrooms are available here while lobby is closed. Though I will add that when lobby was open, restrooms were almost always very clean & well maintained, always had toilet paper & hand soap. I suggest if you’re in the area to give this Dunkin a try. Better chance of not than having a positive experience. They also know how to make a “Charlie” even though this item isn’t on all Dunkin menus. If you’ve never heard of this, ask a Tiktok fan! ☕ Update: Recently ordered a ham & cheese roll up that tasted like cleaning products! We were promptly refunded our money for this purchase, but this is unacceptable! Thank God we noticed it immediately upon first bite & brought it back. This has only happened once, but still a dangerous situation. Had my children ate it, they could’ve gotten very ill. I’m assuming an employee wore the same pair of gloves to both clean & prepare food. Big no no! Please be more careful, Dunkin staff. This should not happen! Definitely not safe to ingest chemicals. Change your gloves often & keep your hands clean as well.

I did a mobile order today @6:29pm 3/6/21 and omg. My coffee was AMAZING TODAY. I live in Palmer and ima start coming out my way to this Dunkin. I called the store to get a name because I didn’t get the receipt. But this works on here too

Literally the worst DD. The people at the window are so rude. No hello or thank you. Every time I order on the app and pull up they always just stare at me expecting payment. So I have to tell them I paid with the app, and they have to reshuffle to get my correct order. Annoying.

Never update their hours. On the door or on Google. Both say they’re open til 9pm. According to one of the employees that was out doing trash at about 7:10pm the other day, they actually close at 7pm now. They just haven’t bothered updating the signage for months. She literally told me they just don’t bother. I edited the hours on Google and it SAYS it was accepted, but it hasn’t changed. So hopefully this review may save some people a useless trip.
