Wen’t back in to return a chorizo wrap that the cashier said was big. Paid $5 for this little thing, and just wanted a regular breakfast sandwich to replace it. I told her it was smaller than she told me, and she got very unprofessional, irate, and started yelling at me after I said, “thats not how you treat a customer”. Then she swore at me, after the manager came over, and I suggested she should be fired for mistreating a customer! Then another employee (male kid) told me to get the f out! I have been going through drive through for over a year there, and because of the poor service, I had decided to go in, and received even worse service. This girl was kinda young, had a face piercing and a little heavy set. Can not belive she still has a job! The boy had almost shoulder length blond hair, and was skinny. Lucky for this horrible lunch crew, I will never return to this location, nor will the other field service people I know after hearing of this. Thank god there are other dunkins around to support.

I’ll tolerate that the drive through wait is longer than average. I’ll tolerate that the staff’s attitudes are widely hit or miss, mostly miss. I’ll tolerate that when you ask for a couple of extra napkins, the ‘miss’ help roll their eyes at you like they’re having a stroke. But this is their hallmark product?

Placed a mobile order and when I arrived they didn’t have multiple items. I asked for a refund and was told I needed to go through the app. When I told them I had issues with this previously and I’ve gotten cash refunds / credits added to my account, they said it’s against policy and refused. It was at that point that one employee said, “he needs to leave or we call the police.” Didn’t raise my voice, didn’t threaten, and within like 45-60 seconds of asking for a refund I was threatened that the police would be called. Horrendous customer service, the franchisee essentially stole my money, threatened me with police, and I have the entire interaction saved on my dashcam.

The slowest Dunkin’ in the valley. 15 minutes stuck in the drive through line, no answer at the speaker. I gave up again. Hire some staff. If no one wants to work there, raise your pay or close.

In general all Dunkin chains have gone down hill since covid.. although this Dunkin has declined the worst. To start, they have been out of ketchup packets for 5 months. The drive through line is always 10 cars long, and if you go inside you get completely ignored for 20 minutes while the employees take their time slouching around.

Waited 7 minutes to order 2 coffees and 2 orders of bagel bites. Took 11 more minutes to get the order and they forgot a set of the bites. 4 people working and I was the only customer inside the store. Totally poor service.

Drive thru was busy so we went inside. Most employees were servicing the window so we were told to order at the pickup counter. Had a little wait to order and then a little wait to pay. Drinks were good. But if we saw a line like that again, we would probably try to come back later.

The line at the drive thru was 9 cars deep so I decided to go inside for my coffee. There was only 1 other couple in front of me. Waited for 5 minutes before any employee acknowledged us and when they did, with attitude, said “it’s gonna be a while.” I tried to give them the benefit of the the doubt, but decided to leave after another 5 minutes when 3 of the 5 employees started screaming profanities at each other. I turned around and walked out.

Always had a solid experience but whenever I go, I’m going to assume she’s a manager has a very bitter attitude and basically throws my food at me. My order has been improper each time and no straws were distributed. She also has not worn a mask the past two times I’ve gone in drive through and once when I went inside. I love this Dunkin and have been a customer for years and even refer to it as “the good dunkin” but she makes my experience quite unemployable.

Can’t make a coffee right. Goes way too fast nothing is correct. Sandwiches is not toasted after asking for it toasted dark. When you ask for a breakfast sandwich to be toasted dark and it comes out in one minute you realize that it’s not toasted at all and the cheese is not melted and everything still cold. Got to do a little better for a $10 breakfast in my opinion. Good luck
