This store has successfully helped me rid myself of a bad daily spending habit. Thanks to this store, I no longer patron any DD facilities. There is like one guy there that is good the rest are junk, such a shame.

Update: Service is degrading at all DD, while prices increase, in my opinion. I’m going to try to find independent coffee shops to patronize from now on because DD seems to have lost its edge. I miss the DD that just offered coffee and donuts.

I went to this Dunkin’s this morning, wanted the new brownie batter flavor, which I came in yesterday and got. I wanted in line, went to order the coffee, and the women taking my order wouldn’t serve me the brownie batter flavor, I explained to her that yesterday at this same location, they served the flavor to me. The woman in front of me, ordered brownie batter with a different crew member and they served her the flavor but then me next in line had a different crew member and did not serve me the flavor. Extremely disappointed.

Tried to get coffee and a muffin here. Their register was down so I was turned away. I asked to pay cash, I didn’t even want change. I offered $20 for the crack head to give me a muffin and a coffee but the only words in his vocabulary seams to be “The register is down”. I suggested that he write down what I ordered and ring it in later keeping the change… “Sir, the register is down.” Thanks. Great experience.

Order ahead. The customer service can be good here, but they should greet their customers. I found myself saying hello while just getting stared at. The coffee has a very bland taste as well. The location is very convenient, but know what to expect from this Dunkins.
