I truly have never been to such an incompetent place of service. I order simple things like ice tea with two stevia. It’s always just plain tea. One time I ordered and the guy asked if I requested 600. Somehow the word two sounded like 600. I tried another simple order. A medium iced coffee with two creams and that’s it. I drive off and get an iced coffee with 3 creams and 3 pumps of caramel. Why? I don’t go to DD for good coffee, but out of convenience. This location is an absolute dumpster fire.

Embarrassing. I ordered my coffee. Was charged by a young man, to then be approached by an extremely rude girl with someone else order. I could’ve taken it and drove off, Cept I just wanted what I ordered. After explaining that I just paid for MY order, she has the nerve to tell me it’s not in the system. With attitude like I did something wrong! Goes and talks to the other two boys about it. A DIFFERENT young man comes up with another drink, that I also did not order. Worse part was, I didn’t even want to touch whatever he touched. He was filthy, reddish black love marks on his neck, lazy eyes, and couple chapped sores on his lip (bloody) and his uniform was absolutely atrocious. He takes the drink back, and the girl has the audacity to simply pour this hot beverage onto ice, even tho it wasn’t what I ordered. Point is. I was in the drive through for nearly 20 minutes, the crew was a mess and I didn’t even get what I ordered. Will NEVER come back to this location. This is the worst dunkin donut. Very ghetto and the workers are very disrespectful. I went here to order something and the manager was inside cursing at me talking about the order I made just because I said that wasn’t what I actually wanted. I would not even recommend my enemy to go here. For a manager she has no manners and no home training at her big age. I cannot begin to grasp how she fooled anyone into thinking she was a good person with that nasty attitude and became a manager. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would.

I work 5 minutes up the road from this location, so I’m there up to 4 times a day! I only gave 2 stars due to the disrespect at this location between the hours of 2pm-closing! When I go during the morning hours the staff are super friendly, my order is always accurate anOtast, and the drive-threw time is super fast.. BUT.. anytime I go after 2 o’clock it’s a different experience! The staff are rude, they leave you sitting at the speaker for sometimes 10 MINUTES, while having a whole conversation, laughing etc without realizing their headsets are still on!! They don’t even say “ I will be right with you”!! My order ( which is always a simple ice coffee) is NEVER made right and when I bring to their attention the attitude I get is so unacceptable!! On Saturday I went threw the drive threw and ordered my mocha ice coffee, except it had no mocha, I didn’t notice until I drove away, so I decided to turn around and go back, I was going to be late going back to work from my break now so I decided to run inside but they had the lobby doors locked!! So I once again sat in the drive-threw and when I finally got to the speaker and the girl came on and asked what I wanted I told her I was just here and ordered a mocha ice coffee, except it had no mocha and the girl on the other end says to me “ I could give you the mocha on the side if you like”!! I was no super annoyed!! On the side, I said, no, I would like the coffee made the way I ordered and paid for, and waited 15 minutes for!! The girl, then huffs and puffs and tells me to pull up, but she didn’t even ask how my coffee was made so when I got to the window, they already had one remade with mocha, but without the whip cream, I asked for because she did not ask how it was made so they again had to make it and this time they were highly annoyed with me when they’re the ones that made the mistake not once not twice but three times!!

The Dunkin’ Donuts on Northampton St. in Holyoke did a great preparing our drive thru order earlier today. The staff working at the drive thru were very friendly and helpful. I was really happy that there really was not a wait for our order either.

Never had a chance… pulled in there at 7 53 pm this evening asked for wake up wraps .. was told no food.. asked for donut she said sold out of every flavor … nothing to eat in entire place. Seriously Unbelievable! ♀️ never again!

Good fast service, tasty doughnuts, and clean store. Everything you would want and expect from a Dunkin’. Did not disappoint. I even ordered one of the newer drinks (a Caramel Craze latte) that could have gone wrong, but was perfect! It reminded me of a PSL (pumpkin spice latte), but had a caramel base. I would 100% order it again!
