Resident for 6 years and the only consistent thing about this location is inconsistency. Sometimes your order is prepared correctly, sometimes it isn’t. In the last year whenever we order donuts they are always wet, like the glaze/frosting hasn’t set and everything’s drippy. And not in a good way that reminds you of Krispy Kreme.

Horrible service, staff clearly needs more training, drive thru was backed up onto the main street. Ran out of iced coffee, waited 20 minutes for coffee as our food sat and got cold. The staff looked like chickens with their heads cut off. Don’t get me started on the cleanliness of the rest rooms, the women’s bathroom had feces on the toilet tank as well as the toilet bowl and it was obviously there for quite awhile because it was dry and stuck on! The floor was disgusting and it was apparent that the bathroom overall had not been cleaned in a long time!! Its safe to say I will never go there again and the experience overall was the worst I’ve ever experienced in any dunkin donuts I’ve ever set foot in!! I don’t know who owns this store but they need to take a hard look at the person who manages this location because they aren’t doing their job!!!

Where do I begin? First off, they’re a few select crew members that have clearly never worked customer service and are extremely rude. Secondly you’ll be lucky if your coffee is made correctly or doesn’t taste like burnt grounds (which you’ll typically find at the bottom of the cup). They need to retrain the kitchen how to properly cook bacon and not leave a soggy heap on a sandwich and definitely need a briefing on customer service and how to make coffee..

Bad experience today I ordered chai latte from drive through the young lady gave me a iced coffee wrong order and then I had to go inside the building to change the order. The guy who works there had a really bad attitude he was very unfriendly and grumpy he had no patience with me and rushed my orders didn’t even say I’m sorry or thank you. This place needs a huge customer service Training and attitude adjustment. Very disappointed in the service today

Wow the inside is immaculate! So beautiful! Service could be a little better as my coffee is normally watered down or way too creamy. Walk in service is great it’s just the drive through that needs some help.

Ordered two drinks and some food from this Dunkin late Saturday afternoon and the two young minded workers had nasty attitudes from the beginning. They made us wait more than 10 minutes for drinks, my gut told me not to drink my latte and I warned my family member of my concern with something potentially being done to the drinks. She took the risk and developed food poisoning symptoms within 45 mins.
