Look at how they made this bagel. Seriously. I ordered two, they both came just like this. I gave to kids, almost drove out the lot. Hear about this. Have to go back and ask them to put more on, because seriously.

Ordered a avocado toast with roasted tomatoes. A regular avocado toast cost around 2 dollars. 2 dollar extra for the roasted tomato.

My daughter went in to pick up her online order , just a coffee and a wrap, she waited 30 min. She was running late so when they gave her the coffee , she said to forget about the food ( that was already paid for)Her coffee had whip cream but she didn’t want it so they removed it. She asked for a new cover and the woman who my daughter thinks might have been the manager threw it across the counter. Every time I go inside 75% of the time they are so rude. If you can’t handle busy and fast pace maybe find a new job. Customer service is not for everyone.

This place is an absolute tragedy. I’ve walked out of this place more than I’ve actually ordered due to it being under staffed 85% of the time. Not to mention it ALWAYS being under staffed, but the urgency from workers is laughable. You’d think, well we are under staffed today lets work harder… nope. Not here. It’s similar to a sloth climbing a tree. That’s how terrible this place is. So if you need to get to work for 9 and you stop here at 830… you won’t be getting out of this dunkin by 845 with your ordered drink/food.

I’m a Dunkin’ fan but this probably one of the worst I’ve ever been to. The cold brew coffee is always watery. This wasn’t just one time either. Never had any issues with the food other than orders sometimes being wrong when picking up to-go orders. Nothing any worse than other places though. The cold brew is my go to though and that’s enough to make me choose any other Dunkin’ but this one.

On many occasions this location doesn’t have the simple basics. No lids for large ice coffee cups. No milk. When certain staff are working the coffee is made any way they feel like making it and it’s bad to average.

Staff is like they crawled out of a dumpster. wouldn’t even serve food because they didn’t want to,took for ever split tips in front of customers and were super rude. This used to be a good location now its awful and filthy on top of it.
