I love the dumpling factory! wish we had one in Dallas! Denver got some good Asian food. I got 24 pc of 12 fired beef dumplings, 12 steamed chicken dumplings they were fresh as it can be. Will be back next time I’m in Colorado. They were so nice. Our plenty of dipping sauce, utensils, and napkins.

Everything was really tasty, I love the pork buns and the steamed pork dumplings. My favorite part was how kind the staff were we don’t live super duper close but I’ll definitely go back if we’re nearby.

Splash noodles were good. Vegetable dumplings were not my favorite. Tonkatsu was decent. Pork belly buns were pretty good. Almost all dishes needed more flavor. It was pricey for lunch. Clean space and friendly staff.

Food is good and the place is clean! Tried the Xiao Long Bao(soup dumplings), oil splashed noodles w/ additional add on of pork belly (FYI- Oil splashed noodles doesn’t come with any meat. Definitely recommend to add pork belly) & fried chicken dumplings.

The location is great and the staff was VERY friendly and professional. I ordered the fried seafood dumplings and crab wontons. The food was good except there was a very chemical taste to the inside of the dumplings. They were fried so maybe it came from that. Usually my fried dumplings are pan seared while these were more grease in a basket fried. If I ever go back I will go for steamed instead because the dumplings seem to have lots of potential.

I ordered the pork and beef steamed dumplings and the tonkotasu noodles. I don’t think the noodles were worth it, so I’d skip those. The beef dumplings were great, but I didn’t like the pork as much.
