This was our second time here because the first time was so-damn-good. Smash burgers done right. Hand cut fries (presumably). Great format for the venue as well. Love the counter service and self serve drinks. Full bar, outdoor seating, great tunes. We may have to copy this place back in PA . Both of our experiences were really consistent. This time, I had the shrimp and grits. WOW. ABSOLUTELY ON-POINT! The shrimp was cooked perfectly. The flavors and textures of this dish were perfectly executed. A definite standout dish for me in a long time.

Solid place for a burger. I had the Dukes original with beef vegetable soup and soy honey glazed carrots. It was a very good burger. Nice and juicy with well-balanced flavors. The soup was good, but the carrots were amazing! I’m so glad I skipped fries and went for the carrots. Honestly, they should put those carrots on an Asian inspired burger! If you do, let me know, and I will gladly text it for you! Next time (if they haven’t added the carrots to a burger yet), I will try one of their salads!

I went here with a couple of co-workers. We ordered the following smash burgesr: The Jam, The Hangover, and The Frisco. (I dont know where the idea of smash burgers came from, nor do I know what it means, but they taste fantastic. Maybe everything should be smashed) The Jam was amazing with it combination of sweet BBQ sauce and toppings, including tomatoes an onions. Honestly, I was a bit perplexed at how to approach eating it, but I figured it out. My advice is to go for the smashed meat that’s hanging over the bun first. The hangover had an egg cooked over medium that was also good. The combination of egg and beef seem like an unholy abomination, in my opinion, but my coworker did not utter a complaint. Coming in a close third was the Frisco, which was summarily devoured. We ordered fries and cheese grits. Both were fantastic. We also had the wings. They were not crispy and the only negative experience we had..

Delicious food, fast service and a great environment right on Missouri Boulevard in Jefferson City! Loved the soda machine that serves Ski Soda from Breese, Illinois. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!!

First time! Really excellent, order at the counter, food came out quick and was delicious. Had the Dukes original, perfect! Crispy edges and a tasty sauce. Has the jalapeno cheesy grits as a side, so good. Good cocktail menu, but I had soda as I was driving.

The prime rib was flavorful and tender. The firecracker shrimp were cooked to perfection and delicious. We also tried the buffalo wings, frisco burger, regular burger, side salad, and fries. Everything except the fries were top-notch. The fries were alright. They just didn’t compare to the rest of the meal. Having a gluten-free bun was a huge bonus. It was even a good texture (not crumbly and dry, which is a common problem).

My husband and I went to Dukes for the first time tonight! It was phenomenal! Everything from the service to the food and my amazing mixed drink called the Ricky Martin was the best in Jefferson City! 10/10 would recommend to everyone! AJ, the manager was awesome. He made sure everything was great for us and even turned on the Cardinals game for me! Ryliegh and Kendra were fantastic at helping us pick out the best food since it was our first time making everything so easy and delicious! I can’t wait to go back!!!

We were passing through and wanted something local. I’m so happy we found Dukes! I have to admit that from the pics of the food online, I expected something a little fancy, but while it is not your typical grab and go fast food, Dukes fast casual vibe has a comfortable ambience and friendly service.
