The Dugout is an all around very good experience. It’s not hard to get 5 stars from me, and not easy either. They get 5 stars because the multiple times I’ve been here the food is good and hot & fresh. The service is good/great. It’s clean all around and very well decorated

Excellent food and friendly staff. Definitely worth recommending for a good meal. However, don’t work there as a cook. Owner has an overinflated ego and has a tendency to make racist statements. Just remember not to judge the entire place solely on the owner’s ignorance. Everybody else is down to earth and laid back so if you’re a customer you have little to worry about.
